Introduction:

Originally developed at a military research facility in Alaska, HAARP technology has been miniaturized such that weather-manipulating missiles can be fired from aircraft and SAM sights. Soon, just as with the calculator, computer, and other technologies, HAARP technology will be so small it will reach a microscopic and nano-bots scale.

Here are some of the details about the original HAARP.

Dimensions & Layout:

Inisfree’s HAARP facility is as large as the first HAARP facility (of Alaska); a field of antennae, except Inisfree’s HAARP facility uses the latest, most miniaturized technology, including much of that of Tesla’s, making it pack an exponentially greater punch. Measuring more than one third of a mile along each of its sides, the dimensions of this facility are substantial; its surface area is 4,186,116 square feet (2,046’x2,046′). Extending down into the terrain of this region of the city, Inisfree’s HAARP facility includes dozens of stories of basement suites and compounds, forming a complex of subterranean skyscrapers rivaling the capacities of most Outlander downtown areas. The Inisfreean highway enters through the uppermost level of this series of consecutive basements, bisecting the property without interrupting its topside antennae array (which means there is a restricted-access bullet-train subway station beneath the snowy surface here).

Additional Notes:

We almost never use this facility/device, as our weather patterns here within Inisfree’s airspace / “sky dome” are self-maintaining due to how we designed and set up our city.  One of the only times we use our HAARP is to excite our local upper-atmosphere particles to create a lightshow in the form of a manmade aurora.  Other than that, only very minute amounts of energy get released from this facility of ours, typically only to shift clouds around or increase/decrease brief rainfall events.

There is a wide array of positive effects: aesthetics, energy field stirring and renewal, health, etc..  HAARP isn’t just for region-wide communications jamming anymore.  It isn’t primitive or potentially harmful anymore, either.

The term “auroral” applies to an individual’s aura, too; not just the aurora of the skies.  Like the planets which are just stationary/hibernating/petrified ancients/deities (thus the term “Mother Earth“), we have equivalents of their auroras, too.  Just like how a HAARP station/device can cause brighter auroras, ours can help strengthen and boost auras, as well.

Weather outside Inisfree-city’s Perimeter Orb may be regulated by deployed Inisfreean forces, although this city is capable of opening and maintaining many thousands of cloaked portals to send out its weather-controlling energies anywhere in the Universe.  Sometimes we send out some of our ICVs, and other times we open a one-way portal to send out some energy streams from our HAARP facility.  It all depends on the circumstances.

On every Inisfreean world (all of those in Star-system Auzdein), each Inisfreean city regulates its own weather (everything inside their respective perimeter orbs), while the planet itself (another conscious, sentient being) regulates overall (global) weather. This is the same for Inisfreean moons and stars.

Inisfree’s ‘Weather Channel’ does not tell people what the weather’s prediction will be; rather, it is used to let Inisfreean citizens and their guests know what the scheduled, completely-controlled weather will certainly be.  We don’t do this outside our realm / city/cities.  Inside our realm, however, we always make sure things are pleasant for those found to be compatible with us, as Inisfree is meant to be a paradise and healing center now, not just an Antarctic outpost or research station..

Earthquake forecasting is also part of this facility’s services.  Earthquakes were found to be directly related to electromagnetic activity (and this should come as no surprise, as each world has a small star inside it; a ton of constant and fluctuating, intense electromagnetic/portal energy).  Since our HAARP facility is one of our most-capable devices/tools for using and mitigating such power/forces, we made sure it can detect and fine-tune things below it, not just above.  (This is based on Nikola Tesla’s technology of transmitting signals and electrical power through the earth/ground.)

This information can be accessed technopathically, and the Governor of the city can adjust the weather in the same manner; via the by-mind interface.  When he is in the mood for rain, for example, the main supercomputer of our city will tell this HAARP station how to manifest that.  Similarly, he can tell one of his ICVs, such as his Secretary of State (who is always in charge of making things happen for him in this capital city of theirs), to do it, and she then will arrange for this HAARP to comply.

Auz journal entry:  “It burns when I rage, and rains when I feel relief after hard work and milestones. It is windy when change comes, and when change is needed. The elements respond closely to my mood, and, I suspect, to the sum of the moods of all.”  (how things are in the Outlands; Inisfree weather not surged based on my mood)

2024 April:

  • The temperature does not fluctuate more than a couple dozen degrees through our day-night cycle (and doesn’t fluctuate much at all in some places, such as atop our central mountain).
  • weather cycle:  We keep weather fairly random here (i.e. storms on different days of the year each year), except for always clear skies during homecoming and welcoming ceremonies.
  • We have thunderstorms here, but no tornadoes other than for training in Tornado Crater.
  • We do not have hail.
