Introduction:
ICV-Net is how the Inisfreeans (Inisfree-born girls) communicate amongst each other, and allows them to share data at the supercomputer rate without having to say a word, make a single body motion (such as in A.S.L.), or otherwise distract their guests. Think of it like a private, secret, automatically-encrypted version of the Internet, and one that only allows approved/compatible minds/brains to be connected. If every telepathic person around the world (and beyond) who was “of the same mind/persuasion” was always effortlessly able to listen to, and chat with, or compare research notes with, all of their own kind, and if only they had that ability/connection, that would be a lot like how this ICV-Net is.

Access/Uptime:
They can use the/their ICV-Net at all times, and it functions similarly to the involuntary sub-routines of an animal’s central nervous system. It is more accurate to say that they do use it to communicate at any/all times, and that by merely existing… they have access to it, and are accessing it. The ICV-Net is up at all times, and this is because any time the Djinnifer supercomputer and at least one Inisfreean girl exists, there is this engineered, automatic, ‘natural’ link between them.
This network is only accessible by the ICVs (to communicate subtly/silently/secretly) and the Governor (to check on how well this private network of theirs is operating), no exceptions; it is designed to be physically (including mentally) impossible for anyone else to detect, notice, intercept, record, or understand the signals of this ultra-private ultra-exclusive communications system. In other words, outsiders/Outlanders just don’t possess the sensory perception or technology capable of noticing, let alone tapping into or understanding, this network that connects every ICV naturally. Imagine an Internet designed specifically to be undetectable and un-hackable by anything humans had ever invented; that is the basis of this network used exclusively/only in Inisfree… by the Inisfreeans themselves.

Compared to the FOB-Net:
Inisfree’s guest-use network/Internet is called the FOB-Net. Inisfree used to be called Station 74, and before that… it was called FOB1; the first Forward Operating Base of the Inisfreean people/kingdom. It made sense to call its Internet/Intranet “the FOB-Net”.
The FOB-Net lets residents and guests, while they are inside Inisfree’s perimeter wall, use devices such as their iScrolls or wall-mounted TVs, to find information, such as the data stored in any of our libraries. This is the preferred method for finding things such as upcoming concert dates and times, or bus or subway schedules, when interaction with an ICV is not necessary or desired. As long as Djinnifer and at least one networked device in Inisfree exist, the FOB-Net is up/active/running.
Similarly to how the FOB-Net connects all handheld and mounted devices in our city/realm, the ICV-Net connects all our Inisfreean girls, as well as all the vehicles, ships, buildings, and ‘smart’-surfaces we have made. Unlike the FOB-Net, residents and guests have no way of accessing the ICV-Net. The ICV-Net also uses its own private/custom layered-encryption system/method.
FOB-Net lets residents/guests use it whenever they want.
vs.
ICV-Net is always in use by everything we made/built in/for Inisfree, ensuring every ICV and vehicle and ship always know where buildings, obstacles, and other barriers/issues/threats are; constant total situational awareness. This helps us prevent collisions, traffic-jams, and even general overload/confusion/stress. It also means that every Inisfreean (ICV) always knows/senses/sees where every stressed resident/guest is, what the cause of their stress is, and how they might best offer to help mitigate that stress. We are the world‘s/Universe‘s finest healing-center, after all, and this is a big part of how.

The Code Used:
Inisfreeans communicate amongst themselves and all the buildings/vehicles/ships of/in their realm… in their own computer-code language. That language was designed to be rich with characters/symbols and meaning, allowing for rapid, almost instant, expression of extremely complex and/or lengthy ideas/information. In the time it might take a human to read aloud an entire encyclopedia volume, an Inisfreean could have taught everything there is to know about all the galaxies, worlds, and peoples in the whole Universe and all its eras… to every other Inisfreean who exists. Another way of describing how much more rapidly and completely Inisfreeans communicate amongst their own race/kind… is to say that in a single second of time… an incredibly-quick burst of pulses/symbols from one Inisfreean to another, or from one Inisfreean to our city’s main supercomputer, could transmit the entire amount of data available on Earth’s Internet.
The computer code we use for this achieves that incredible speed of conveying/transmitting data/ideas by having all of the possible letters, numbers, and other writing symbols/characters known to man… in a single alphabet, …and by including every possible combination and permutation of those symbols/characters, …and by adding the ability to color-code and otherwise modify/layer them. Imagine if people naturally wrote using all the letters and scripts and colors as one, their pens or pencils naturally switching to the desired different colors as they wrote, and if this writing was done billions of times faster than humans can type, write, or even think/imagine.
That computer code is further explained here. Anytime you hear someone in our city mention “i+” (“eye-plus”), this is the language/code they are talking about. You’ve probably heard of the computer-code/language called “C+”; well, we here in Inisfree have/use “I+”.

History:
This network began in 2011 with the first 3D-printing at FOB1 of an ICV and TBM to help it expedite the formation of the Inisfree you see today. Nyria Serra was the first Inisfreean (ICV) linked to the Grid Mind, followed by millions more that year and in 2012. During the time between that first year and 2197 A.D., all the other ICVs were added to this network, now totaling 4,116,005,020,500,100,000,000 of them.
The only time an ICV was added to the ICV-Net since then was when Zedicon Prime was made.

Concepts:
Think of the ICV-Net like the natural neural / nervous-system pathways and signals in a body, and each ICV like one (type) of that body’s cells. In a human-sized body, there are ~37,000,000,000,000 (37.2T) cells, and they are always doing what the brain/system tells them to, each of them made in a way that gives them the nature to do things that orderly. In the ‘body’ that is the civilization/collective called Inisfree, there are 4,116,005,020,500,100,000,000 (4,116,005,020.5001T) “cells” (of the ICV kind), plus larger cells of other types (our ships, plus the worlds in SSA, etc.), all of those things/subsets/beings always doing what Auz would want them to, each made in the way that gives them that nature.
If trying to picture that many ICVs/nodes of this network/system in one group, perhaps the easiest way would be to find the cube root of their total population “at capacity” (once all ICVs were 3D-printed). The closest human calculators have been able to come up with to this number is 16,026,005.91166 (which results in a cube formation of 4,116,005,020,500,052,423,358 points); picture ~16 million human-sized people (ICVs) along each edge of a cube formed by that many people (16M x 16M x 16M) and you’ve got some idea as to how our city’s main supercomputer might be able to always picture/feel/sense/organize them –both in its imagination, as well as physically; a cube arrangement of 16M x 16M x 16M brain-sized mini supercomputers as part of its own structure, thereby easily able to instantly copy/backup all of their minds/memories, etc.. Alternatively, you could calculate how many of them would make up the diameter of a sphere instead of a cube.
Each ICV instantly senses and understands everything around her –out to a range beyond what humans and their technology can detect. Together, she and all her ‘sisters’ (fellow ICVs), plus other Inisfree-made things (our vehicles, ships, buildings, etc.), always fully understand and locate/track (and forecast / plot the trajectories of) everything on, in, around, and about the worlds they are within range of. This much brainpower dwarfs any supercomputer’s which humans could ever make, as they are supercomputers made by a supercomputer, always working harmoniously together at a level only such a collective of supercomputer-made supercomputers ever could; their coordination, teamwork, unity, genius, and awareness is beyond anything humans and their supercomputers could even dream up (and they can already see all the possible ways humans and human-made supercomputers could ever develop/evolve, so they can always outmaneuver/outsmart such things).
The ICV-Net allows the Grid Mind to perceive every possible thing everyone every Inisfreean has ever encountered will and could ever do, all at once, as well as how all cosmic bodies within their range will affect one another’s orbits, even if only slightly, for the rest of time; networking/linking all Inisfreean things/minds like this resulted in a beyond-4D view of all of reality within their/its range, meaning this species (the ICVs with their city/ies) can see all upcoming future events, plus all possible timelines/timestreams/dimensions / alternate Universes/realities. This does not confuse or overwhelm them, as they were ‘born’ this way, engineered to be perfect and graceful at processing things on this level, and the Grid Mind keeps track/record of it all, delegating individual complex thinking/tasking to each free/available ICV, as needed. Imagine if you could see the entire Universe, and all other Universes, organized and presented in such a way that even their many trillions of solar-systems was not too much for you to plot all the courses of –and imagine if you were, on top of that, still/also able to plot and predict all the courses of all the worlds, ships, and people in them… forever.
Now it should make sense to you why anyone who has ever miraculously been able to sense any signals of this network… reported seeing only rapid flashes of kaleidoscope-like color-patterns; the thoughts/signals of and between the ICVs and ICs are just too complex and fast for anyone/thing else to ever record, let alone decode and understand. They are formed and transmitted faster than any human minds or human-made technology can come close to. They are also naturally automatically fully encrypted within layers of encryptions, in a way determined and tested by their main mind/supercomputer based on its understanding of how to outsmart all human/computer decoding/decryption processes/techniques.
