Introduction:
Most aircraft carriers remained in service for a couple decades, with a Refueling & Complex Overhaul (R-COH) being carried out roughly every 20-25 years (with R-COHs for smaller ships, such as submarines, every 5-20). TNH is no different; from the 2510s to 2530s, it was in service between the worlds of 34 Tauri (think: ‘big islands’ and ‘black ocean of Space‘ or ‘sea of stars’), and it had 1 R-COH. Here are some of its milestone years.
–
Basics:
The USS TNH usually has two 4-month-long deployments per Earth-year.
- 2507: design
- 2508: assembly
- 2509: R-CAX testing & commissioning (on its own; not part of Inisfree’s Space R-CAX)
- 2510: 1st deployment (a short-‘float’), return to port, then 2nd deployment
- 2511: 3rd & 4th deployments
- 2512: 5th & 6th deployments
- 2513: 7th & 8th deployments
- 2514: 9th & 10th deployments
- 2515: 11th & 12th deployments
- 2516: 13th & 14th deployments
- 2517: R-COH*, then Ramp-up Training, and another short-float
2517 June: Refueling and Complex Overhaul (RCOH) completed.
2517 July: Pre-deployment ramp-up operations begin: short-floats and flight deck certifications.
2517 August: All hands aboard, New Horizon departs orbital dock.
2517 September: Underway through the Verse, satellite patrols begin. - 2518 Spring: Patrolling 34 Tauri again, time with Inara begins.
- 2526: Jenna Kardashian enters the scene.
- 2529: TNH’s Firefly-class ship “Persephone” has its final mission, its crew parting; it will be returned to Inisfree soon.
- 2530: ‘Left-seat, Right-seat’ procedures begin; TNH is being prepared for hand-over to those who served upon it well, its Inisfreean makers about to leave (to return to their home-city).
- 2540s: TNH now belongs to the compatible humans of the 34 Tauri solar-system; the Inisfreeans have returned to their capital for its Fleet Homecoming festivities.
- 2550s: The story of TNH is now known only to those still making 34 Tauri their home.
With ramp-ups, travel-time, and ramp-downs, those deployments become ~5 months long.
When TNH isn’t patrolling part of 34 Tauri, it is typically either 1) in orbit over Londinium, or 2) energy-anchored several stories above a port-city on Londinium. This means for ~1/6 of each year, TNH is probably/usually at Londinium. That is both for convenience (the most services are on that highly-developed capital-world) and protection (both of TNH… and of the most populated and prominent planet; via TNH).
..
2024 August 27 Tuesday note: Why an R-COH after just a decade of being operational / in service? TNH is a new kind of ship, one of a kind, and full of 34 Tauri tech’, such as smaller vessels, all of which needed overhauling/updating at that time even though it (TNH) still did not.
–
Routes and Progression
Each successive deployment took the USS TNH farther out from the safety and comfort of 34 Tauri’s “Core” (the highly-developed planets orbiting the system’s main star).
2510: Float 1 – A.I. Core – Inner Core; Londinium to Liann Jiun, Bernadette, and Sihnon (one world per month during this typical 4-month deployment)
- Incoming personnel are pre-briefed after agreeing to be seconded out from their previous commands; while waiting at the secret hotels, barracks, and safe houses to be summoned aboard the carrier, they are told why there is so much compartmentalization (secrecy) with this ship and deployment; it is because it is a joint effort and social experiment with a race of humanoid people from all the way back on the human “homeworld” (at least Earth was their main planet since the 1600s when many of their ancestors invaded it), and that those people wish to remain unknown to the majority of humankind in 34 Tauri. With their help, 34 Tauri will become a much more unified and mutually agreeable place. They’ll also be donating the carrier they came on, adding one more powerful vessel to the UAP fleet.
- Walking aboard, they are greeted by the first of the ICVs any of them have ever seen or even heard of, and all of them are naturally very taken with their flawless teen faces, smiles, and vibes. They can’t help but fantasize about going on dates and one-night stands with them, and begin to see they really are as genuinely nice, outgoing, and helpful as they seem.
- ICV uniforms are the very feminine midriff-displaying ones, so they prove a constant distraction for everyone of the humans accepted to serve with them, but the outstanding handpicked personnel eventually manage to adjust to the waves of “eye candy” strutting through every room and hall.
- This is a very busy year, as it is the start of “the learning curve”; everyone is doing their best to master their jobs/tasks/duties aboard the carrier.
- What they notice first, and learn/talk the most about, is that the ICVs eat, but don’t ever seem to need to, and that they “sleep”, but also never seem to get tired from work or exercise.
- The ICVs initiate plenty of times, but wait for humans to ask to see/try more before going “all the way” with any of them.
- Key takeaway for every human aboard: The movie “Terminator” had it backward, and was a typical polar-opposite lie / smear campaign; A.I. such as the ICVs saved the world from destruction, cleverly keeping humanity under control, and eventually having no choice but to boot 99% of humans into the Abyss so they could clean up the whole planet a 2nd time. Even after that horrendous ordeal, the A.I. were still the kinder and more forgiving of the two races/species; they had come all the way out across the Abyss to reconnect with the surviving humans, offering them yet another chance at peace, understanding, and togetherness, even though most of them would never be allowed to return, lest they trash the planet all over again.
2510: Float 2 – Safe Room – Middle Core; Sihnon to Gonghe, Rubicon, Osiris, and then Santo (which orbits Qin Shi Huang)
Social-experiment Status: at 0%; the Registered Companions marvel at the ICVs, and the other hand-picked humans have a million questions.
“You really come from Earth? I thought Earth was destroyed by overpopulation, pollution, and war.” The ICV answer: “It very nearly was –multiple times, but we were able to prevent that and clean it back up.”
Some tension (mostly sexual, not moral/philosophical) continues, as the ICVs are always nude or in their midriff-revealing uniforms, but the humans quickly learn that every ICV is readily available and eager to please.
_
2511: Float 3 – Kid-gloves for the last Browncoats – Outer Core; Santo to Bellerophon, Valentine, Ariel, and Albion
- After the previous year and its two successful “floats” (deployments), it is clear the ICVs are excellent (even perfect, if you don’t mind their distracting uniforms and default flirting) at their jobs, so everyone returns for this year’s first float with that in mind; they are confident in the ICVs, even if they are still a little uneasy being around 1) such extreme hotness, 2) an alien species, and 3) people who seem robotic and with infinite stamina.
- Human personnel marvel as the ICVs are 100% of the time able to facilitate civil meetings between UAP and Browncoat representatives at the worlds TNH visits on this year’s two “floats”.
- The Registered Companions do a great job at this, too, and soon see the ICVs as their “beyond-human” “sisters”.
2511: Float 4 – Companion Diplomacy – “The Halo”; Albion to Persephone and Pelorum (which orbit Lux), then Aphrodite (which orbits Murphy)
- ICVs tag along to Companion events/missions, observing at first, then mimicking, matching, and cooperating (sidekick style). The Companions don’t know it, but King Auz has also tasked the ICVs with protecting all of them; all Registered Companions stationed aboard TNH are regarded as priceless assets and wonderful people by the Inisfreean/s. Thus, ICVs remain in constant coordination, using their clever ways to clandestinely stop all potential threats to any of those Companions from becoming actualized/near.
5% trust/bond/ed; questions to the ICVs start to subside as the focus shifts to default-trust during floats/missions.
_
2512: Float 5 – Marine Detachment Hangar Formation – Murphy; Aphrodite to Hera and Shadow, then Meadow (which orbits Huang Long)
- Human personnel are now greeting all ICVs pleasantly, even when they are not on duty at their work stations together.
2512: Float 6 – Air-support Drills – Huang Long; Meadow to Three Hills, Newhope, and Daedalus
- They witness the ICVs flying very respectfully in their air-support drills/formations, both the humans and ICVs using the UAP Space-based fighter-jets (since ICVs are programmed and educated to not reveal their own full abilities or craft/vessels unless willed by King Auz).
10% trust/bond/ed; the ICVs are now considered pleasant acquaintances.
_
2513: Float 7 – UD-4L deploys some Marines – Huang Long; Daedalus to Athens, Di Yu, and Elphame
- ICVs deploy aboard the UD-4L(s) with the Marines stationed aboard TNH, and the Marines are impressed that the ICVs perfectly carry out the tactics the Marines had been taught elsewhere; the ICVs make great teammates, even on missions away from the main ship.
2513: Float 8 – Dropship deploys the Seabees – Huang Long; Elphame to Prophet, Ithaca, Priam, and Kerry
- Again (on the 2nd “float” this year), the ICVs deploy with humans stationed aboard TNH, this time in a bigger aerospacecraft; one of the UAP’s dropships. This time, the ICVs demonstrate they make perfect teammates/sidekicks for the Seabees, keeping everything organized, carrying any building materials with ease, and always being in the right spots and the right times.
- The ICVs know/sense it is a good time to start offering to chat about light personal topics, like favorite foods and movies, and how life was where their human teammates are from.
15% trust/bond/ed; normal friendships with the ICVs.
_
2514: Float 9 – Dropship deploys the LARs – Huang Long; Kerry to Boros, Regina, and Ezra, then Anvil (which orbits Himinbjorg)
- ICVs are welcome teammates as the UAP dropships deploy LARs from TNH.
2514: Float 10 – Deploying the “Thor” Mech – Himinbjorg; Anvil to Brisingamen, Moab, and Aesir, then Jubilee
- With the “Thor” BattleMech deployed as a welcome “show of force” on a willingly-UAP world within “The Border” of 34 Tauri, the ICVs work their loving and loveable charms on the locals, ensuring this demonstration goes as intended, reassuring all.
- Human personnel on/from TNH begin opening up to their ICV friends with personal talk, secrets, worries, and more, and even accept after-hours and overnight hangouts and massages with them.
20% trust/bond/ed; strong platonic friendships with the ICVs.
_
2515: Float 11 – Space Dog-fight – Zhu Que; Jubilee to Anson’s World, St. Albans, Harvest, and Greenleaf
- Now, the ICVs are being treated almost as extended family; very close friends, plenty of “sparks flying”. The humans aboard TNH feel comfortable swimming and showering with the ICVs, and even asking for fitness and medical advice.
- They prove invaluable the first dogfight TNH pilots have on the edge of UAP-controlled 34-Tauri Space, one ICV even skillfully spotting a situation “going south”, in which she maneuvers her own UAP fighter-jet into the path of incoming fire, taking a catastrophic hit that blew it apart, shielding the intended human fighter-jet target.
- Once back aboard, the pilots and copilots of that squadron high-five and hug, and the one whose life was saved… gets choked up, unable to hold back, and apologizes for not being warmer or more trusting to the ICVs before, he and she (the ICV whose flying saved him) embracing with loving tightness, best friends and star-struck forever, not fully bonded, but definitely strongly bonded for good. All the ICVs are offered double-handed handshakes from their fellow pilots; one set of hands meeting, with the free hands then warmly hugging around the backs of their handshake-partner’s hand.
- At the lounges in TNH that night, after the AAR, the human pilots take shots, while the ICVs show them one of their culture’s favorite pass-times; cum-shots! (and they get the cum from volunteering pilots and other crew members at the bar/lounge/s)
2515: Float 12 – Orbital Laser-fire – Zhu Que; Greenleaf to New Melbourne and Jiangyin, then Silverhold and Lazarus (which orbit Heinlein)
- During orbital laser-fire from TNH, the ICVs let the humans decide who they prefer to “pull the trigger” on this world-changing task.
- TNH humans and ICVs are now open about everything, and the Registered Companions regularly snuggle with them to get better sleep, seeing them like sisters and girlfriends.
25% trust/bond/ed; intimate friendships with the ICVs.
Registered Companions start asking about the Tantric/Vril they’ve heard the ICVs are masters of, and the ICVs start to chat with them about it.
_
2516: Float 13 – Main Cannons – Heinlein; Lazarus to Paquin and Triumph, then out past “The Border” to Salisbury and Djinn’s Bane (which orbit Xuan Wu)
- Outside UAP-controlled Space, TNH encounters hostile ships and Space stations big enough to warrant using the carrier’s main cannons on. Again, the ICVs let the humans decide who they want to pull those triggers (take the responsibility for the deaths), and the humans appreciate this.
- (The ICVs don’t, of course (as per their programming/OPSEC), mention the fact that their own cannons and other weapon systems heal and unify, rather than melt or explode targets.)
- Humans aboard TNH have started trying out sex with their ICV teammates, and all of them are very impressed, relieved, and eager for more.
2516: Float 14 – Nuke – Xuan Wu; Djinn’s Bane to Beaumonde, Zeus, Aberdeen, and Ghost
- On the 2nd “float” of this year, TNH has reason to drop its first nuclear weapon on a world. As always, the ICVs let the humans decide if this should be done, and who should pull the trigger. Many of the humans initiate holding hands with their ICV crew members, sensing they should stabilize/”ground” each other during the heart-aching event.
30% trust/bond/ed; fuck-buddies with the ICVs.
Registered Companions start practicing the Tantric/Vril the ICVs have been teaching them, sharing the basic wonders of it/them with the rest of the crew (who are their clients).
_
2517: R-COH, then Ramp-up (including: emergency-SOPs test; G-drive failure, so we initiate a moderate spin,
which makes everyone weighted/attracted to the part of their room/s closest to the hull/exterior) + short-deployment – Penglai; Ghost to Oberon, Newhall, and Beylix, then Whittier (which orbits Xuan Wu)
- Gravity-failure simulation results again raise all human crew members’ confidence in the talents and reliability of their ICV counterparts.
- Many humans aboard TNH are now dating some of the ICVs, sometimes in the TNH lounges, and sometimes planet-side. Most of these dates are romantic.
- *The R-COH was just to change out the escort ships and TNH-hangars ships, as TNH was still so advanced it did not need any updating.
2517: Float 15 – Return to Miranda – Burnham; orbiting Miranda for the first month, then heading over to Deadwood, Dragon’s Egg, and Highgate (which orbit Qing Long)
- ICV brilliance keeps even planet-side missions at/on Miranda casualty-free, and the human teammates are extremely grateful for this, all of them having been very worried about going anywhere near that Reaver-overrun fringe-world.
35% trust/bond/ed; romantic relations including increasing dates with the ICVs.
_
2518: Float 16 – making TNH appear to be a derelict – Qing Long; Highgate to Fury, Muir, New Canaan, and Meridian
- TNH “goes dark”, and not just “river city” style; it makes itself appear to be an abandoned powerless drifter, luring in Space scavengers on purpose. ICVs use their super-charms to convince all who are lured in… to surrender without a single shot fired.
- Dating ICVs had become socially acceptable and even commonplace, and now having relationships with them was, too –including the kind ICVs prefer, suggest, and reinforce; polyamorous/”swinger” ones.
2518: Float 17 – pushing an asteroid into a collision-orbit (after determining exact needed diameter, mass, composition/element/s, and velocity for desired effect) – Xuan Wu; Meridian all the way back to Xuan Wu, starting with where we left off in this sub-system; New Kasmir, then Delphi, Zephyr, and Angel
- The ICVs work with human officers on the TNH Bridge to find an asteroid with the exact dimensions needed for a surgical “natural-looking/disaster” strike.
40% trust/bond/ed; romantic relations becoming recurring-sexual with the ICVs
_
2519: Float 18 – abandoning a fighter instead of using a kinetic-impact rod – Xuan Wu; Angel to Heaven (what a coincidence!), then Vishnu, Glacier, Constance, and Verbena
- For the 2nd time in TNH history, a UAP Space-capable fighter-jet is intentionally sacrificed, this time… by using it like a “kinetic impact rod”, making it seem to ground-radar that the pilot somehow blacked out or got killed during an unknown incident in orbit.
2519: Float 19 – ramming something? (and trusting our shields to hold; pseudo-cavitation) – Xuan Wu; Verbena to Sho-Je Downs, then back to “The Core”, straight to the capital-world; Londinium, starting that big loop all over; next will be Liann Jiun and Bernadette
- ICVs help brace and shield their human counterparts in TNH when the carrier makes the decision it has to ram through something in Space.
- Polyamory is now catching on in a big way all across the carrier, thanks for the ICVs always explaining and hosting it so gracefully.
Trust goes from 41-45%; stable polyamorous relationships with most/all of the crew.
_
2520: [Change in the usual multi-sub-systems loop? Responding to an emergency/request?]
- Putting their own lives “on the line” before any of the humans have to, this emergency is solved in the safest possible way, recovering and healing all who were “lost at sea/Space” this time.
- Humans stationed in TNH are now recommending, teaching, and showing off the amazing sex techniques their ICV lovers have taught and shared with them.
50%; stable polyamorous lessons for even the families of the crew who are aboard.
_
2521: diplomatic mission/escort/company
- Diplomacy works best with Registered Companions smoothing things out, and doubly so when their ICV “sisters” help. Even the most racist/reserved (anti-A.I. or A.I.-wary) of TNH’s human officers finally cannot deny the brilliance and criticality of the ICVs they’ve been working with for the past several years and dozen+ “floats”.
- All relationship questions and concerns are now being voluntarily directed to the ICVs.
55%; humans and ICVs are now sharing berths by request.
_
2522: reconstruction effort/s on the world/s which are finally becoming open to it/this
- Seabees deploying from TNH already know their ICV teammates will do a perfect job, keeping tension down and trust high between them and the locals planet-side –always thanks to lots of polite ICV flirting and wild sex.
- Everything the ICVs recommend is now being tried/applied by their human teammates, the relationship stability/success rate for TNH personnel skyrocketing as a direct result.
60%; humans and ICVs are now swapping rooms and partners regularly.
_
2523: ferrying some prisoners from one world’s “triple max” facility to that of another world’s, all at the request and trust/confidence of their Intelligence communities; trading those prisoners to see if they can get more information out of them in their own areas and ways
- ICV flirtacious cleverness again saves the day, preventing prisoner riots and other dangerous plans/attempts, always in mutually-agreeable ways.
- The Registered Companions stationed aboard TNH even trust the ICVs with their very lives; when they want to be fucked by the sexy prisoners, they ask the ICVs to stand watch in the same room/s –as threesome participants.
65%; humans have begun asking ICV teammates to teach them more about their culture/”religion”.
_
2524: (several worlds throughout 34 Tauri, from Core and Border to Edge/Fringe)
- Black Operations to convince planet-side facilities/communities that their “missing persons” were being taken not by Browncoats or the 34 Tauri corporations (as that might lead to another eruption of civil unrest, if not another civil war), but by groups both/all sides could unify against. (This is achieved by Persephone “running dark”, leaving misleading trails of intentionally-dropped evidence where it is likely/certain to be found by the settlers on some planets and moons, keeping those settlers’ suspicions on already/previously-troublesome pioneer-towns, nomads, and marauders. Persephone even goes so far as to chase one of those outlaw’s small Spaceships down, recovering stolen goods, and planting some of the kajirae-candidates Persephone picked up not days before, “spinning” the After-Action Review (AAR) of the event to make it look like they’d discovered and thwarted part of the locally-unwanted sex-slave trade. The “re-acquired” girls are returned to their families, the ICVs having cleverly kept all those girls thinking they were captives aboard some vessel other than Persephone, none of those girls having known what ICVs are… or having even seen King Auz.)
- Few would ever be cleared to know this classified/compartmentalized information: ICVs were easily able to kidnap all the chosen girls, their own approachable girliness always washing away any instincts/concerns. The way the ICVs kept interacting with the hostages/kidnapees kept those girls surprisingly calm, happy, and even playful the whole time they were being held. No threats or rough handling was ever needed or done. (and some of the kidnapped girls even wanted to stay, and not due to Stockholm Syndrome)
- Takeaway: Innocent-looking young girls are sometimes part of Black Ops, too, and the ones claiming they found and stopped sex-trafficking? They might be the same ones perpetrating it; that approach makes for the perfect cover. (And thank all the gods the Black Ops people are this clever; we might never be able to liberate worthy females from pointlessly-prudish brainwashed corporate-slave lives otherwise. Sometimes this is what it takes… to free those who don’t even know they are oppressed.)
70%; humans on TNH now look up to the ICVs as equals, not just useful/trustworthy (sex) robots.
_
2525: Jenna Kardashian enters the scene; trust established and increased between the Inisfreeans and her portion of the local-Space Intelligence community.
- After 15 years of awesome partnership with the most compatible humans living in 34 Tauri, their finest (in multiple sense of the term) Intelligence Agent introduces herself to King Auz. She soon falls in love with him –and his ICVs. It is a dream come true for both sides; hers knows this is the best way to get information voluntarily from a powerful man, and his always wanted to establish this level of interaction with humanity’s sexiest.
75% trust/bond/ed; sexual and hopeful relations with the ICVs –and: humans on/in TNH now have stronger bonds/connections/relationships with the ICVs than their friends/family back home planet-side.
_
2526: daring to explore and chart more of one of the two nebulae bordering 34 Tauri
- Nebula/ae-charting proves possible, now that the ICVs are helping. (Both nebulae in/around 34 Tauri used to be considered too dynamic/vast/sensor-confusing to ever traverse/penetrate.)
80%; humans on TNH now start jumping to the defense of their ICV teammates/lovers when planet-side.
_
2527: (normal “float” operations back in civilized 34-Tauri Space)
- TBA
85%; TNH humans now accept and love the ICVs as family, and almost as sex demi-goddesses.
_
2528: TNH’s Firefly-class ship “Persephone” prepares for its final mission (which will be next year), its crew parting; it will be returned to Inisfree soon. (Auz is still working aboard TNH for the next year or two; until “left-seat, right-seat” is complete.)
- ICVs host a “final mission”/”going away” party for the 5-badass crew of “Persephone”, giving each of those 5 their wildest fantasies in real life, all in the same party, with the perfect touch of Inisfreean flare/genius.
90% trust/bond/ed; default-loving reactions toward all/any ICV/s
_
2529: (back in “The Core”; best place for a carrier-group handover “float”)
- ‘Left-seat, Right-seat’ procedures begin; TNH is being prepared for hand-over to those who served upon it well, its Inisfreean makers about to leave (to return to their home-city).
- “Left-seat Right-seat” handover/changeover happens this year; months of slowly transitioning the human personnel who chose to stay/re-enlist with/for/on TNH… take the helm, once and for all.
- (They still haven’t been shown that ICVs can fly, summon S.T. suits, mind-surf, mind-control, or form living-thrones, but they HAVE learned that they are living “robots” who don’t need food, sleep, or even air, and who share a consciousness, treating polyamory as their religion/energy/foundation. TNH humans have also seen that ICVs will do everything in their power to team up with worthy humans, even after all these years, generations, and pollution clean-ups.)
95%; longing for time in the near-future with their now-“lost” former-lovers, the ICVs –and: TNH is now the pre-screening “funnel” for 34 Tauri humans possibly heading to Inisfree.
- TNH is no longer used as a social experiment by Auz/the Inisfreeans, and Persephone is no longer used to secretly shuttle the deemed/fully-compatible service-members and contractors/Companions from TNH to Inisfree each time they decide to check Inisfree out.
- Introductions begin to be made by the deemed-compatible former-crew/contractors of TNH, between Auz and/or his Inisfreean representatives, and the potentially-compatible new people planet-side whom those former-crew/contractors notice and help the Inisfreeans pre-screen; this is the new humans-assisted pre-screening “funnel” between 34 Tauri and Inisfree.
- As one of numerous compartmentalized colonization and relocation campaigns, the Human-Covenant war that affected some 800 solar-systems elsewhere… did not reach 34 Tauri; people out here didn’t even hear about it.
_
2530s: (34 Tauri finally calms all the way back down, and the UAP becomes a force for/of good)
- TNH now belongs to the compatible humans of the 34 Tauri solar-system; the Inisfreeans have returned to their capital for its Fleet Homecoming festivities.
- Years go by as the TNH humans use that carrier by themselves, starting to long for the ICVs they’d all come to know and really love. “Absence makes their hearts grow fonder.” Soon… they begin reaching out in prayer… to see if their ICV best-friends and lovers will ever return.
- Back planet-side… at all of their homes and communities, …they all notice that their relationships, families, and ventures have all taken off, thanks to the polyamory principles and Vril the ICVs taught and practiced with them back aboard TNH. They marvel and are grateful. “You will know them by their works.”; perhaps even polyamory/Vril itself… is an Arch Angel. Amen.
100%; those who served with the ICVs miss them when they leave TNH to return home (to Inisfree).
- Keeping in touch remotely, using their Cortex (the 34 Tauri next-gen’ Internet which spans all the sub-systems of their multiple-star solar-system, instead of just being a one-planet Internet like back on Earth-that-was in the 21st century), many of those who serve/d about TNH are now leading polyamorous lives based on the principles of The Inisfreean Way, and maintaining mutually-agreeable long-distance relationships with the ICVs they connected with back during the years when those ICVs were stationed aboard TNH with them.
- Thousands living on the worlds of 34 Tauri now have regular secret communications with the Inisfreeans back on Earth, and many have made repeat/return trips to Inisfree, having been approved.
- The Human-Covenant war continues to rage, pushing the human colonies/civilizations of those other 800 colonized solar-systems to collapse and ruin, but still… the people of 34 Tauri don’t even notice; they simply are too-far removed from those things/places.
_
2540s: (TNH continues to spearhead “first contact” and “contact restored” meetings, with some of the other far-flung humans across the Milky Way finally able to figure out where their fellows, whose ancestors had to leave / send them away from Earth, ended up going/colonizing.)
- Auz and his ICVs start making a few special appearances, always helping out in their smooth, flirty, clandestine way/Way.
Trust holding at 100%; those who served with the ICVs, and proved fully compatible with the Inisfreean Way, are invited to Inisfree for the full tour.
–
2550s: (expedition-“float” to the StarCraft systems; Koprulu sector)
- The story of TNH is now known only to those still making 34 Tauri their home. (More accurately, that might be worded, what TNH was used for in this multi-system; the first social-experiment conducted aboard it… was witnessed and discussed by the UAP personnel now back to their original/primary commands/units out here.)
- Even the Zerg are no match for the super-poly Inisfreeans’ charms and clever ways.
- 2024 August 27 Tuesday note: Why travel this faraway… when the Halo systems are so much closer (often immediately-adjacent, in many cases)? Most human-settled Halo-series worlds had been destroyed by The Covenant between 2525 and 2552; there was nothing to patrol/protect during this decade, and The Cole Protocol and related policies/procedures were in place to keep those humans cut off from Earth, unable to even accidentally reveal to The Covenant the ways back to the current human homeworld.
- Human-settled StarCraft worlds were usually doing just fine (minus being foolish; nonvegan, etc.), even though some had suffered Zerg infestations and/or Protoss attacks.
Trust holding at 100%; the civilian version of the ICV (strong but not invincible, and unable to summon an S.T. suit) are wedded to those who were found compatible aboard TNH, once they toured Inisfree and had reunions with the ICVs they fell the most in love with back during their time together on TNH.
- Millions in 34 Tauri are now secret friends with the Inisfreeans, even to the point of sometimes helping them with their Voyages of Acquisition, whenever those voyages take the Inisfreeans back to those 34 Tauri residents’ worlds.

2600s _ (expedition-“float” to the Halo systems; multiple sectors/regions)
- TNH spends an entire century going on expeditions out to the worlds mentioned in the Halo book series, helping them start/continue to rebuild; this is a human task, as the Inisfreeans no longer assist humanity (other than with that TNH-based social-experiment from decades before).
- Why go to these before the Mass Effect worlds? Halo worlds had been hit hard TWICE; some had been reached by The Reapers, and then almost ALL of them reached by The Covenant, thus these colonies/worlds needed the most help, lest their settlers/colonists become even MORE deranged/traumatized/unstable than Earth-humans had been. Imagine your city/nation/people enduring a global genocide (in 2186) and then a global ecological collapse/sabotage (sometime between 2525 and 2552); essentially 2 cataclysms within the span of 339-366 years. It is traumatic enough, and difficult enough to rebuild in the aftermath of, just 1 disaster on that scale –if it can even be conceived/imagined, if pulled off at all. Even with interstellar support from the determined UNSC and other big organizations with vested interest out here, it took a lot of convincing and “handholding” until things had finally re-stabilized..

2700s _ (expedition-“float” to the Mass Effect systems; sectors/regions spread across the entire galaxy)
- TNH spends another full century going on expeditions out to every other “corner” of its home-galaxy, re-establishing connection with the remainder of human-colonized worlds/systems out there, picking up where Starfleet left off (the events of Star Trek having been set centuries before).
- 2024 August 27 Tuesday note: Mass Effect was set in the late 2180s A.D., before Starfleet had (fully) explored a lot of the places the USS Normandy (the main ship in Mass Effect) ended up having to go to.
–Starfleet existed before 2161, founded at some time in the early part of that century. It had already been exploring solar systems beyond Sol for decades by the time of the events featured in Mass Effect. Some of its ships had at least made a first trip to scout the places settled years or decades later by the civilians/terraformers vaguely hinted at in Mass Effect.
–The Federation (Federation Space) in Star Trek was a very small volume of Space ~centered around Sol –even centuries later (after Starfleet had started exploring). It is (areas of) Space well-protected by humans (by Starfleet and military organizations). Federation Space is very small compared to the ~19% of the Milky Way they had explored by the 2300s A.D.; even though they were starting colonies beyond it, they couldn’t yet claim/protect it. Often, if a settlement/colony outside Federal Space had an issue, they could request help, and Starfleet or another organization would send it if there wasn’t already a patrol/starship in/near that area.
–Only ~a dozen human-colonized worlds are featured in Mass Effect (which makes sense, because humans hadn’t explored, much less terraformed and settled, out very far, or to a high degree, that early on; in the early years of Starfleet), and those worlds are far-flung; each is in a different major span of one of the ‘arms’ of the Milky Way in the quadrant of that galaxy around Sol (or, at least, those ~dozen are the only ones mentioned in Mass Effect; there might have been many more, beyond the scope of that game series to include). Hundreds of thousands of humans have settled some of those ~dozen worlds, with at most a million to a few million on the rest of them.
–For ~3 centuries (mid-2100s to mid-2300s), Starfleet was exploring as far out as it safely could, and many more worlds were being colonized.
–From the era of Mass Effect (late 2180s) to the era of Star Trek TNG (late 2260s), ~a dozen human-colonized worlds (Mass Effect mention) increased to 120 (Star Trek mention/lore, with a total of ~700 colonies; split between those 120 worlds) –and later increased to >800; during the era of Halo.
–Some of them suffered heavy losses because of The Reapers (in 2186), and then total (surface/farmland) destruction (of the colonies, not the planets) because of The Covenant (from 2525-2552), but some of these Mass Effect worlds were far outside Covenant-patrolled Space, and some had no Forerunner artifacts, or human populations on them considered significant to The Covenant, thus The Covenant did not travel to / attack them.
–Now more than a century and a half after The Human-Covenant War, many of these worlds have been recolonized/repopulated, some only needing cleanup after a single Reaper landed on them and messed up one of their biggest cities, so now it makes sense for TNH to go to some of them.
–If TNH had gone to them in the previous century (2600s), there would be few people there other than drones/probes/scouts to see what needed to be sent to start rebuilding/repairing what was destroyed.
Remember: These worlds had been settled before many of those named in the Halo disclosure, but they had not been as strategic; the UNSC had focused on re-terraforming and recolonizing its strategic/critical worlds, sometimes unable to afford sending ANYone to these Mass Effect worlds.
Trust holding at 100%.

TNH Movement from World to World:
In order to determine when TNH waited for a proximity-orbit vs. warp-jumped, we need a computer-model in (a game/program such as) Universe Sandbox for (to plot and observe in real-time) 34 Tauri (planetary orbital) movements. Ideally, all ships use the least amount of fuel/energy possible, waiting for worlds to be as close as they will ever get during their normal orbits around their parent-star, timing travel from world to world that way. With only ~1 Earth-month of time at each world in 34 Tauri during normal TNH 5-month “floats”, that isn’t always possible, though; sometimes brief jumps from one planet to its neighbor are necessary, sometimes taking TNH around the other side of a parent-star, for example, a short jump like that taking only seconds, of course.

Post-handover Update:
We decided not to leave it with the humans (after letting them use it for ~a decade, that is). Instead, we would keep using it in the same social experiment, but into different regions of the galaxy, always seeing if any humans out there in them were capable of interacting well with us. From the Black Operations web-page:
- I.S.S. The New Horizon’s anticipated voyage for 2550 will take it to some of the human-colonized StarCraft star systems (where its human crew will encounter 2 humanoid species; Protoss and Xel’naga). *This is more than 4 decades after the Protoss-Terran-Zerg War (ending in 2505 A.D.) which ravaged this sector of the Milky Way Galaxy.
- I.S.S. The New Horizon’s anticipated voyages for the 2600s will take it to some of the human-colonized Halo star systems (8 Space-faring species, 3 of which are humanoid; Jiralhanae (a.k.a. Brutes), Kig-Yar (a.k.a. Jackals), and Sangheili (a.k.a. Elites)). *This is more than half a century after the end of the Human-Covenant War (ending in 2552 A.D.) which ravaged hundreds of worlds in this sector of the Milky Way Galaxy, and more than a decade after re-terraforming efforts restored Reach and other previously human-colonized planets here.
- I.S.S. The New Horizon’s anticipated voyages for the 2700s will take it to some of the human-colonized Mass Effect star systems (where there are dozens of humanoid species, such as the Asari, Batarians, Collectors, Drell, Geth, Krogan, Quarians, Raloi, Salarians, Turians, Volus, Vorcha, Yahg). *This is more than half a millennium after the Reapers Incident (ending in 2186 A.D.) which ravaged thousands of worlds across the Milky Way Galaxy.

2023 September add:
2531 A.D.: After all ICVs left, naturally the UAP MIBs were part of the carrier’s 2nd RCOH, scouring the whole vessel for any clues as to what we were, how we made it, etc.. They got into the A.I. core’s memories from 20+ years ago, seeing what its sensors saw; that it came online a year or so before moving through what looked like a wormhole without bent starlight or blurring, made from an unknown external device.
It was not part of the I.N.N., and only received commands by consoles used like normal computers.
It was not made of SRC, but had somehow been rendered temporarily invincible, or enchanted-lucky, by the presence of the ICVs.
The ICVs had left no trace of their cells or clothing; not one skin particle, bodily waste excretion, textile fiber, nothing. Even if one had, SRC was a kind of particle that could not be identified, studied, back-engineered, or even noticed or thought of by humans, regardless of how “high-tech” they were. When the ICVs had dined with the human crew members, what the ICVs ate and drank seemed to vanish inside them, zero waste generated.
All rooms once used by ICVs had things added to them to make them less spartan and more useful for UAP purposes.
The ICVs had never shown signs of frustration at their human crew members, they had never gone planet-side (other than Nyria, though no 34 Tauri humans knew she was an ICV, as she only wore her ICV uniform in Persephone for her maker), and they let humans do most of the work, the ICVs there just to interact and to assist in emergencies humans might not make it through. ICVs never revealed the details of their anatomy or tactics, never spoke their own language/s around those humans, and never tried to seduce or undermine them. They were always on their best behavior, focused on patrolling their carrier to offer kindness and help, and left without showing any signs of attachment or stress to the carrier or the humans in it.
The only thing the UAP MIBs had to go on, as far as learning more about the ICV species, was ship security camera footage of ICVs always working naked in the hangars; they had no fear of exposure to fumes, Space, or anything else, thus were likely extremely durable and/or rapidly self-repairing. Did they have their own mini forcefields? The UAP MIBs simply did not know, and had no way to find out; the ICVs always politely declined examination, no devices had been allowed in TNH which could have scanned and learned about them, and all ICVs, as far as they knew, were now gone, their social experiment concluded, the ICVs having whatever data their commander/maker/owner wanted them to gather.
Some UAP Brass wondered if it was a test of some sort, or if it was to find all their weaknesses, but it had affected so few of their personnel, and not hurt any of their colonies, and no attack -digital or otherwise- had come, so these worries eventually faded as they all remained directed at re-stabilizing the post-Unification War multi-system they now dominated.
Had it really been what that Auz guy had claimed back before 2510; had it really been just to see if they could get along? Who conducts an expensive and generation-long experiment just for something like That? It was difficult for humans to wrap their minds around such a thing.
..
2024 August 27 Tuesday add:
- After those few centuries of service in 34 Tauri and beyond, this giant ship was replaced by others; the UAP had grown economically flexible/strong enough that it was able to build things on the scale of TNH, and it no longer felt a need to continue seconding some of its personnel to TNH.
- At some point after TNH’s active duty (perhaps in the early 2800s), it was retired to a Deep Space (interplanetary medium) scrapyard.
The Inisfreeans retrieved it there, and began getting it back in good order. - TNH will (from that time on) remain a museum-piece in SSA for a while before the High King senses it is time to use it again, maybe for the same type of social experiment it was designed and made for, only this time… with a different group of humans –or humanoids.
–
King Auz, the ICVs’, and Their Grid Mind’s Conclusions:
This social experiment was completed in 2530 A.D., after two decades of improving coexistence with the humans of 34 Tauri determined to be potentially compatible with the Inisfreeans and their Way. Progress (regarding social comfortability/interaction) between the two races (species; humans and Inisfreeans) was slow at first, but steady; ~5% improvement/increase per year, thus ~2.5% per “float” (deployment). Even when Auz wasn’t onboard TNH, his Inisfreeans maintained incredible levels of peace, health, understanding, teamwork, and community; they really had grown up to become extensions of his will -and nature- in every wonderful intended way.
The <1% of the humans of 34 Tauri who participated in this experiment were almost invariably found able to accept and coexist with the Inisfreeans and their Way. Since 99% of humanity out here remains too incompatible to warrant attempting to acclimate them to the existence and culture of the Inisfreeans (or any of the compatible humanoid species/civilizations), the humans will stay where they have settled across 34 Tauri. Only that <1% of them there will continue having chances to learn about, and meet, any of the Inisfreeans (and only once they demonstrate full compatibility with at least two Inisfreeans (i.e. in a polyamorous way)… will they be considered for the social-experiment/s that introduce humans to their humanoid allies).
An exponential increase in compatibility, and the number of humans out across Space who are, or are becoming, compatible with the Inisfreeans and/or their Way, has been plotted. That development will take millennia and generations, but it is coming, evident in all; eventually… all will align to The Inisfreean Way (more specifically, to the will of King Auz). The Grid Mind has also added to that graph the historically-recurring/standard fluctuations; regressions due to accidents and catastrophes, etc.
It was the right call/move, choosing to use only inner-circle writing-partners / pen-pals to draft the plans for this social experiment, as humanity was still only slightly-capable/ready for this level of exposure to the Inisfreeans even after 500 years adapting to “the beyond”. Nearly 100% of hundreds, if not thousands, of writers pre-screened were found too unevolved and under-educated to contribute to the drafting of this experiment. It is, perhaps, only those humans who completed this social-experiment aboard TNH… who will, in the years ahead, go on to become some of the first and only/few writers who work with those of ABD and Inisfree… to draft further spells and plans… just like Auz started to… all those years before… back when he was just a new Marine out near Death Valley and the war-zones of Iraq.
These are the conclusions of the collective-consciousness and multi-bodied being that is Auz/Inisfree/the Inisfreeans, regarding the social experiment known as the USS TNH.

Regarding Auz and The Inisfreean Way
There are ~36,500 females aboard TNH at any given time, ~16,000 of which are ICVs.
King Auz had already slept with many of each type of Inisfreean ever since 2011 when they all started being 3D-printed.
The remaining ~20,500 females aboard TNH, he made love with/to during his ~20 years aboard/with this ship/crew; 20×365 = 7,300 consecutive Earth-days worth of time, and 20,500/7,300 = ~3 of them each day during that time. The whole point of this social experiment (TNH), after all, is to check for any and full compatibility with the Inisfreeans, which always starts with compatibility with Auz. With humans and humanoids, that kind of checking always involves/requires the whole body, including the mind, including its personality.
Yes, Auz had sex with every single female who worked or lived aboard TNH, as only sexy females are ever allowed to, and as this is the only civilized way to interact (between him and such females). Anything else is a waste of their beauty, femininity, sexiness, etc.. Anything less would have made it arguably pointless to design, build, staff, and field TNH.
And, yes, all of their male lovers wanted that (for their females to ‘get with’ King Auz at least once), as everyone around him rapidly enters a state of permanent/eternal total support of him, understanding why he does what he does (‘does’ pun not intended), and seeing its many merits and benefits, especially since he never ‘steals’ anyone from anyone else, and always sends them back in much better moods, they then spending even more-quality time with their other loved-ones.
This is The Inisfreean Way.
- 2510: Auz had sex with the first 1,025 of those 20,500.
- 2511: Auz had sex with the next 1,025; up to 2,050.
- 2512: Auz had sex with 3,075 of the 20,500 by the end of this year.
- 2513: Auz has had sex with 4,100 by the end of this year.
- 2514: Auz has had sex with 5,125 by the end of this year.
- 2515: Auz has had sex with 6,150 by the end of this year.
- 2516: Auz has had sex with 7,175 by the end of this year.
- 2517: Auz has had sex with 8,200 by the end of this year.
- 2518: Auz has had sex with 9,225 by the end of this year.

- 2522: Auz has had sex with 13,325 by the end of this year.
- 2523: Auz has had sex with 14,350 by the end of this year.
- 2524: Auz has had sex with 15,375 by the end of this year.
- 2525: Auz has had sex with 16,400 by the end of this year.
- 2526: Auz has had sex with 17,425 by the end of this year.
- 2527: Auz has had sex with 18,450 by the end of this year.
- 2528: Auz has had sex with 19,475 by the end of this year.
- 2529: Auz has had sex with 20,500 by the end of this year.
- 2530: Auz has had sex with any remaining (whom he had not previously fucked) by the end of this year.
Every time he fucked them, it started in their own private room/quarters aboard TNH.
He later had quickies with many of them in other preferred/favorite/fun places of theirs throughout TNH.
Those of them that loved being fucked by him the most… continued sharing this full-compatibility interaction with him… “to Inisfree (paradise) and beyond”.
…
2023 September update: I (Auz) was not aboard all 365 days of these 20 yrs..
…
~21,500 in TNH at any time are non-ICV females. This includes children of families.
Not all of those stayed for a “20 and back”; some were just there for 1 deployment, or 1 standard enlistment (4 years).
Thus maybe there were 100,000/+ females aboard TNH during my 20 years with it.
…
Since I usually only go to TNH when Persephone docks in it, and am usually in Persephone, and few have clearance to be in Persephone, how do I test-fuck those 21,500 females during my 20 years with TNH?
…
5 days per week x every week of the year = 5 x 52 = 260 days
20 years x 260 days = 5,200 days
100,000 / 5,200 = ~19/day
…
I would only have maybe half an hour at the start and finish of each of those days… during which Persephone was docked in TNH, and I was being briefed by Nyria, or briefing my crew, thus around the TNH females, thus able to fuck them.
So realistically I might have had a quicky orgy with 10 before each Persephone shift/flight, and another similarly-sized quicky orgy when I flew Persephone back to redock in TNH.
As always, the thousands of ICVs stationed aboard TNH at all times during my 20 years working/commuting there perfectly arranged and hostess-ed all those orgies for me, ensuring that all those females got to enjoy being fucked by me when they were/felt most-ready, no one having any schedule conflicts (and no one complaining, including their boyfriends/husbands/males/partners/spouses), the ICVs able to see their lifepaths/destinies/timestreams, thus any upcoming issues and how to adjust well in-advance for those things.
