• single Glowing Art Highway (GAH) section in a serpentine/switchbacks orientation connecting all terraces; curve/bend at every other terrace of both short-sides
• GAH here is wide enough for 2-way traffic, 1-way per side, 1 10′-wide vehicles-only (cars, trucks, etc.; no mobile-houses) lane per side
• no median; just a dividing partition at intervals (allowing some turnaround spots (though vehicles can always repulsine-levitate/rotate, not needing to U-turn)
• 1 10′-wide shoulder; cliffside
• total width:  ~30′
• GAH is at the front of each terrace; both lanes on each terrace are in front of the row of houses

Special Features:

Due to how close it is to one of Inisfree’s greatest cliffs, this whole neighborhood has an invisible forcefield above it, preventing any falling rocks or whatever else from striking any of its people or properties.

Rules:

1. Park alongside your house, not on the shoulder of the street/GAH.
2. Pausing on the shoulder is permissible, just not leaving a vehicle there.
3. Drive calmly, responsibly, respectfully, mindfully here; the turns are rather tight, and maneuverability options are few/low.
4. Limit 33 human-sized guests/people per house/inside-floor; 1 every ~4′ x 4′ area.
5. Quiet/silent hours are 9 PM to 6 AM; take outdoor/rooftop gatherings inside during those hours.
6. You can walk your pet/s (kajira/ae) at all hours.  Just keep it as quiet as possible if during the quiet/overnight hours.
7. Kajirae can be fully used outside at any hour.  Again, just ensure usage is quiet/silent if during the quiet/overnight hours.
8. The parking-garage added at beach-level in 2022-2023 is for the B&B Spire hotel.

Roughly 1 more person made this neighborhood his/her home (or at least their 2nd/vacation home) every year from 2013 to 23000 A.D..

Novels Excerpt:

Faith had chosen the Santorini II neighborhood; it was much like the one in Greece which had inspired it; an even slope hundreds of stories above the body of water it faced was covered in a blanket of bright white and blue-accented hotels, cafes, pools, and walkways. The Santorini of Greece was frequented rarely by anyone other than locals, tourists, and rich yachtsmen. This one in Inisfree, however, was reserved for the gods and goddesses approved by Auz himself, along with those becoming such worthy beings, and all of their finest assistants who were compatible with Inisfree’s culture. No one else could get in; they had to be perfect and hand-picked; there was no common tourism here.

Inisfree had been a nudist resort for the polyamorous ever since its start back in 2010. A decade later, and it was Heaven on Earth, packed full of the most attractive, loving, and understanding people one would ever find. Dozens passing them on the streets of each neighborhood Faith had wanted to stop and get a closer look at had hit on her, flirting very smoothly, and thanking their King and Queen for bringing in yet another very desirable person.

Inside the Santorini II home Faith had picked out after strolling along every level of that final and favorite neighborhood on their list, Auz rested his right hand around one of Faith’s upper arms to better get her attention while he offered this friendly reminder: “Faith,” he rumbled, looking into her eyes, “this city is a community of straight warrior males, and more flexible females who represent their realms across the Earth and stars. You’re welcome to enjoy whomever you want while you’re here; there are no exclusive relationships like in the marriages of the Outlands. We only ask a few things; be positive around our residents and guests, seek the Inisfreean policewomen or other Inisfreeans whenever you have a question or concern, keep your residence looking and smelling clean, and honor our customs regarding cosmetics, fitness, and attire.” He was serious yet gentle in how he conveyed that message, his hand promptly leaving Faith’s arm, having never really closed around it; it merely rested there for the duration of most of those sentences.

On the way back out of Faith’s new house, his Rolls Royce Phantom already sensing his approach and opening its own doors, he turned back to her one more time with a friendly smile, “Oh, and you look amazing, as you know. I appreciate what your parents created, as well as how you’ve maintained it.” He turned back to her open front door, walking the rest of the way to his car, saying over his shoulder as he went, “You know where to find me if you want anything. Have a great rest of your day, Faith.”

2021 Update:

Starting this year, High King Auz will be ‘christening’ each of the dwellings, pool areas, alleyways, and rooftop patios of this neighborhood in his realm.  Whenever he has time, he will visit one or more of them, inviting any and all of the flawless hotties there at the time to join him.  This is Inisfree.

On the very last day of this year, he took Clary, now a volunteer sex-slave, to one of these scenic suites to cum inside her while they held on tight and looked in each other’s eyes.  She told him what he loves to hear, asking him to cum inside her.  Her owner, the witch named Neveah, enjoyed watching –since she and the rest of High Queen Ambrosia‘s employees are not at the moment allowed to directly interact with Auz.

2022 Update:  Parking Garage

Before this year, Santorini II only had individual garages at each residence on its terraces.

A parking-garage is being formed beneath/in the wedge that supports this neighborhood.  It will provide extra/overflow parking for the small parking-lot around the base of the B&B Spire nearby.

Construction is expected to be complete by the end of this year, resulting in ~94,053 parking-spaces (1 for every bed in the B&B Spire when counting the parking-spaces in its current/original parking-lot) arranged across 3 ~10′-tall levels; ~100×100 parking-spaces on each of those 3 levels.

Each parking-space measures 20′ x 15′.  20′ x 10′ is for the vehicle, and 5′ alongside it is for landscaping/dispersion and support columns/pillars.  If in a grid of 100×100 parking-spaces, that could mean a level/floorspace spanning 2,000′ (100 x 20′) by 1,500′ (100 x 15′); 3,000,000 square feet.

Santorini II is 3,630′ wide and 1,188′ from its lowest/beach-side/edge to its uppermost, so a 2,000’x1,500′ parking-garage level would be oriented such that the 2,000′-side was along the 3,630′ side of Santorini II, with the 1,500′-side continuing laterally into the central mountain 312′ past the vertical plane where Santorini II’s uppermost side/edge is.
