A few dozen men were chosen by High King Auz to rebuild as many nations; hundreds of false nations were now reconsolidated.

Introduction:

These were the purest of heart of all human men, and had proven to be the bravest, most dutiful, and aligned with many of the values of Inisfree.  Some had experience in the military and even ‘black operations’.  All came to know that line of work well as the Rapture kicked off and settled back down.

Not all of them knew much about Inisfree, but they had met and worked with (or for) the man who became its founder and king.  Because of their admirable qualities, when he came to power he chose them above all others to lead the survivors of the Rapture out across the reshaped planet Earth.  39 cities of the chosen, 39 great men chosen to lead each of those new settlements.

Sailing with the 6,000,000 on the 6 Leviathan ships, these kings in groups of 6 or 7 shared the leadership responsibilities aboard their respective Leviathans (and a good thing, too; those ships were the size of multiple cruise ships and aircraft carriers).  They would meet again in the years after the 39 cities were constructed, starting a tradition of global round-table reunions.  What happened to these 39 great leaders in the generations that followed the re-establishment of 39 human cities is not yet known to those beyond Inisfree.

While these 39 kings kept the human settlements behaving and re-expanding appropriately (at least for their first several decades), their most beautiful female subordinates represented them during regular visits to Inisfree.  On the rarest of occasions, the 39 kings each had opportunities to accompany them to see the sacred polar city themselves.  This kept the right balance between the sexes, and the correctly-formed people (formed inside and out) in charge, no longer allowing the childishness of human governments ever-shifted by popular opinions to re-destroy their realms.

Their ages had been momentarily locked-in around what appeared to most to be a healthy 33 Earth-years; they had spent time around Auz in person, and so his effect had resulted in this.  They aged at different rates after, for some of them made different choices, dietary and otherwise, and not all of them were annually able to make a pilgrimage to Inisfree, the city which automatically restores total potential health to everyone who gets to enter it.  All 39 did live well into their hundreds, though; such is the nature of good men after The Shift of 2012.

 

ETW Kingdoms Established after 2013:

40 kingdoms were established immediately after the world-changing events of 2013, 39 of these kingdoms by the first of them all; Inisfree.  Their locations and overall physical descriptions are as follow:

Africa:

  • Congo, The; all of the middle of Africa, Congo Desert (once a rainforest) up to the bottom of the Sahara Swamp and down to the top of the Kalahari Grassland (once a desert), Kilimanjaro Plateau (and volcano)
  • Libya; all of northeastern Africa, eastern half of the Sahara Swamp
  • Madagascar; three quarters of the landmass it used to be
  • Morocco; all of northwestern Africa, Gulf of Senegal, western half of the Sahara Swamp, Atlas Plateau (and volcanoes)
  • South Africa; all of southern Africa up to the Congo Desert, includes all of the Kalahari Grassland

Why so few for a continent so vast?  Most of Africa was still a jungle or desert; it would take a very long time before the majority of its land was inhabitable/recolonized.

 

Arctic & Antarctic:

  • Antarctica & The Universe; Austral Forest, many new islands, Ross Gulf, Ronne Gulf, Neuschwabenland (state-sized historical area with Base 211), South Polar Hole to Agharta
  • Nuuk (Greenland was inaccurately named); free of nearly all glaciers, several volcanoes, boreal forest, North Polar Hole to Agharta, includes Iceland

There would always only be 1 nation allowed at each of the polar regions; 1 upon Greenland, and 1 upon Antarctica, as these are places of far greater unity and shared-vision / conscious co-creation/manifesting, being so much closer to the environment/realm inside their world.

 

Asia:

  • Afghanistan; all of the land from Iran to India, Gulf of Pakistan
  • China; all of southeastern Asia, Singapore up to the bottom of the Gobi Swamp, Gulf of China (where most of China’s previous billion+ population centers were), Gulf of Thailand
  • India; two thirds of the landmass it used to be, Gulf of Nepal
  • Japan; half of the landmass it used to be
  • Mongolia; all of middle Asia (between Russia and Tibet), Gobi Swamp
  • Russia; all of northern Asia, Gulf of Russia
  • Tibet; all of the Himalayas, now with many lakes, islands, and volcanoes

Why so few for this largest of the continents?  Most of its north is freezing/frozen, most of its middle is the Gobi Desert and the Himalayan Mountains, and most of its south is jungle and swamp; it would take a very long time before the majority of this land was inhabitable/recolonized.

 

Australia & New Zealand:

  • Australia; two thirds of the landmass it used to be, Gulf of Australia
  • New Zealand; two thirds of the landmass it used to be

Considered the smallest continent, and not always a true continent, but more like a giant island like Greenland is thought of, only 1 country/kingdom was suitable, as before.  Even though its nearby Japan-like set of islands, New Zealand, was two distinct islands/halves, it too only called for 1 country/kingdom.

 

  • Bulgaria; southeastern-most Europe, half the landmass it used to be, now with an island the size of Crete, includes Greece
  • France; half of the landmass it used to be, includes Monaco, one fifth of the Swiss Alps Plateau (its southwest tail) (and volcanoes)
  • Germany; half the landmass it used to be, but now includes Austria, Bavaria, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, and four fifths of the Swiss Alps Plateau (and volcanoes)
  • Italy; two thirds of the landmass it used to be, just a peninsula barely connected to France
  • Poland; half of the landmass it used to be, includes the Czech Republic
  • Romania; half of the landmass it used to be
  • Scandinavia; two thirds of the landmass it used to be
  • Spain; all of southwestern Europe, includes Andorra
  • Ukraine, The; large-islands chain (mostly state-sized)
  • United Kingdom, The; half of the landmass it used to be

Why does this smallest of the major continents have the most countries/kingdoms now?  Most of it is not desert, frozen, or jungle, so all of it was easily recolonized and re-inhabited.  It is also significantly divided/partitioned by its narrow mountain ranges.

 

  • Arabia; three quarters of the landmass it used to be, Arabian Swamp, now including Turkey
  • United Arab Emirates, The; shifted southeast into Oman

Perhaps only 1 country/kingdom would have ‘done’ for this pseudo-/between-landmass, but 2 were foreseen and called for.  Maybe that is just how things go during Phase 2 visions and planning.

 

North America:

  • California; Great California Reef, mostly island chains
  • Canada; two thirds of the landmass it used to be, Canada Desert
  • Georgia (former state of the USA); all states of the USA’s eastern seaboard, Appalachian Plateau (and volcanoes)
  • Mexico; Sea of Mexico (formerly the Gulf), mostly island chains
  • Montana; Yellowstone Super-volcano, most of North America’s elves and fairies
  • Texas; the original ~half underwater now, but its northern border vastly extended toward former/rebuilt Canada

With the United States now gone, and a vastly-widened river and other new features far-separating its former parts/regions, it only made sense to set up this continent with a few more countries/kingdoms than before.

 

South America:

  • Argentina; Gulf of Argentina, Shadowmassland, Cloudmassland
  • Brazil; half of the landmass it used to be, Amazon Desert, Gulf of Brazil
  • Chile; southernmost part of the Andes Plateau (and volcanoes)
  • Colombia; northernmost part of the Andes Plateau (and volcanoes), and an island which used to be much of Venezuela
  • Peru; middle of the Andes Plateau (and volcanoes)
  • Venezuela; state-sized island

 

Those are the new divisions of the lands of the Earth, each one ruled over by one of the 39 installed kings chosen by the Inisfreean leader.  For a generation, they will thrive in peace.  After that, it’s all back to ‘business as usual’, and the mega-cities will start to form.

 

ETW Human Population after 2013:

6,000,000 humans were spared (not counting those put into the Kajirae Candidates training program in Inisfree).  (The ones who were put on trial were a temporary addition to this total, making it just over 6,003,000 until they were sentenced to slavery and/or death.)
39 were chosen to be the kings of the new Earth realms (leaving 5,999,960).
If each of the 39 new kingdoms got the same number of people, they’d each have about 153,846. However, there were spared tribal members and nomads not part of these kingdoms, so we’ll say each kingdom had 100,000. That means 3,900,000 spared humans are citizens of the 39 new Outlands kings, and 2,099,961 of the spared humans are of the natives; tribes and nomads.
All 6,000,000 regrouped at Nuuk, making it into the first human settlement after The Rapture Campaign (terraforming, etc.). 100,001 remained there (100,000 citizens and their king), taking charge of Greenland (now called Nuuk, with Nuuk also being the name of its capital city).
Sailing back out from Nuuk’s harbor, their giant ships, each one dwarfing an aircraft carrier or cargo ship, set out for the harbors where they would start the other kingdoms. There were six of these ships, together carrying 5,899,999 of the spared humans; 983,333 on five of the ships, and 983,334 on one of the ships. They dropped off the natives (tribal members and nomads) at their peoples’ original lands (as close to them as they could sail and anchor), those lands being officially restored to them, as per the Inisfreeans‘ orders. Then the giant ships were, from harbor to harbor, dismantled to help kickstart the 38 new cities with their parts, not just their cargo/supplies.
And, of course, during the onset of The Rapture Campaign, each of these giant ships carried 1,000,000 of the humans chosen by the Inisfreeans to be spared.

 

100,001 each established (rebuilt) the following cities, which became the capitals of their kingdoms, as follow:

All had about the same number of people to start with; the same number went to each site from the giant ships that kept them alive throughout the global changes of 2013.

 

For a few hundred years, those 39 cities spread back out into restored suburbs and then nations.  They were fated to be ended no later than 2313 AD, though; in spite of the 39 kings’ best efforts, the re-spreading of humanity eventually led to all the same problems endured before The Shift.  Rumor has it that very few other than the 39 were allowed to survive and remain on Earth when the re-corrupted human civilization was finally brought back down for good.  Maybe they all made it back to Inisfree… to rest in eternal peace and health in that hidden city’s stasis facility.

 

Cover-up:

The names, images, and locations of most of the 39 kings chosen by Auz of Inisfree remain classified.

The top 4 of these kings were immortalized in the Titan-sized ‘Sentinel Mountain’ on the rim of the South Polar Hole.  They are:

  1. Auzdein von Himmler, the Inisfreean, eternal King of the Inisfreeans; New Antarctica
  2. River Battle-genius, the Elf, first/proto King of New Montana
  3. Gabriel Tiberius, the Dwarf, first/proto King of New California
  4. Scott [surname], the Human, first/proto King of New Texas

New Kingdoms and Queendoms:

The orange lines on the second image/map show general borders between the region-sized (larger than states or even nations, in most cases) kingdoms of the 39 chosen kings.  Also shown on that map are the locations of the 39 cities built from the modules of the Leviathans (six giant carrier-like ships).  Purple circles/ovals show general borders/ranges of the perfect women chosen to be queens in this new and permanent Age, with Daenerys’s in red, while King Auz’s is in white.

 

Repopulation Management:

How did humanity bounce back just as dramatically from the pollution and Rapture that put them on the verge of extinction?  3D-printing and genetic engineering made building times exponentially shorter, and re-population efforts exponentially easier; by the late 2010s, it was now possible to 3D-print entire neighborhoods and skyscrapers, not to mention replacement body-parts, or even entire people, thus even things once as complex as human cloning… were now as easy as pressing a button a fax machine or color copier.  When you had warehouses and factories full of them all operating at once?  Millions of people and buildings could be assembled and programmed within a day.

2023 December update:

  • There were said to be ~100 megacities during Judge Dredd’s time; multiple big cities had merged to be state-sized or even nation-spanning, their populations in the tens- to hundreds of millions.
    No cities, other than Inisfree and those of Neuschwabenland, were ever allowed on Antarctica, though.
  • 50B humans by 2313 A.D., ÷ 100 megacities, averages to 500M/megacity
  • Most stories about Judge Dredd are 2099-2142; at least one megacity reached a population of 800M 171 years before the 2313 global eviction of nearly all of mankind; there was plenty of time left for the megacities’ sum population to reach 50B.
  • ~500M on avg. per mega-city, x the 39 first cities rebuilt after The Rapture = 19,500,000,000 humans eventually living in those 39 cities (until the 2313 purge); 39% of 50B
  • 100,001 to 500M from 2014 to 2313 = 499,899,999 increase in total population (not people born during that time, but how many were alive after many more were born, some/most dying during that time) throughout those 299 years; a per-city population-total increase year-by-year of 1,671,906 (4,580/day, though this is averaged out, thus makes a lot more sense when plotted exponentially as it actually occurred)
  • Doesn’t sound likely/possible?  Remember that the USA only took a century or two to become a superpower, going from boats and horseback… to stealth fighter-jets and nuclear energy, and these cities had three centuries, starting with vastly more-sophisticated knowledge and tech’.

Per Kingdom, to Start:

  • and each of these men commands his first-wife and all other wives, concubines, and other servants; his slaves.

Roughly 1,000,000 of these men were the Black Ops warriors chosen by Lord Himmler in the pre-Rapture missions around the world; more than 5,000 per nation of the Earth, though, of course, much larger nations, such as the U.S.A., China, and Russia, had proportionally more of these Black Ops warriors working in them up until the Rapture Campaign at the onset of 2013. As with the chosen civilian men, all of them had skill-sets other than those of gifted killers and spies.
The same is true of their first-wives; the human females chosen to be spared from the purge of the Rapture.
Once Black Ops work was no longer, for now, needed, the men who once executed those operations, in classic Roman fashion, like the rest of the spared humans, returned to more-peaceful professions. This was necessary, of course, for they were tasked with building the first and only civilizations (the 39 cities) which the Earth, save Inisfree, was to have for the next several decades (if you don’t count the hidden-in-nature civilizations of the non-humans, of course).

 

Adding to the Spared Six Million:

Added to the 6,000,000, over the years after 2013, were the sexiest wives, daughters, and other female relatives kidnapped/evacuated during the Rapture, and seized/re-allotted/re-purposed from those of The Trial (in Nuuk), along with millions of cloned pleasure-slave girls, are given to these men (until they (those men/leaders), as individuals, feel they have enough).

Then there were the princes and princesses; sons and daughters of this royalty, who would eventually ascend to their thrones. At first, as in the legends of the pre-Rapture religious texts, such as the Biblical account of Noah’s and his sons, and the lineage of antediluvian Sumerian kings, this took many millennia between each. Over time, however, as humanity seems wont to do, it ended up taking only centuries… and then mere decades. There were exceptions, but humanity had again reduced its lifespan, …and the Inisfreeans had begun to suspect… it was ‘a feature, not a bug’; it was the quirk of this particular species which added the spice of variety to the realms they passed through, rather than a defect. We grow more timeless, while they grow more mortal.

And because humanity isn’t re-learning all its technologies, the exponential technology curve, as well as the population boom curve, both kick back off right where they left off, resulting in the world population rising back up to the 8,000,000,000 mark in just a few generations, and to the 23,000,000,000 mark by 2301.
By the time humanity was leaving Earth (the mandatory migration of 2313), most common-folk owned hundreds of slaves a piece, while most lower nobility owned thousands, most higher nobility owned tens of thousands, and the High Kings owned hundreds of thousands.

In order to remain in one of these first-wife roles, the female must meet the following criteria:

  1. continue to be the best possible secretary, assistant, and sexually compatible partner for her husband
  2. continue to arrange and hostess the finest and most compatible orgies for her husband
  3. continue to be naturally, effortlessly, sensationally sexy in the eyes of her husband and the Inisfreeans
  4. continue to naturally, effortlessly never look a day older than the maximum age for her station; 19 for High Queens, 18 for Queens, and 17 for all other noble wife ranks

 

Females may only be the companions of nobility, never having rights or property of their own, and their testimony may not be used in any courts of law. They may not have authority of any kind, especially as teachers, graders, or inspectors. Their nobility titles identify them as being first-wives of men in command of personnel and properties, affording them the various luxuries of those stations for so long as they (the females) are of suitable age for sexual relations (8-17). When a female is in the acceptable age bracket to be the first-wife of a nobleman, if he accepts her proposal (females always propose to men now), she may then serve him as his dutiful secretary, helping him to keep his affairs in order, and ensuring he always has arranged for him orgies with the other females he prefers (provided they are 8-17).

Once a human female reaches 17, she no longer has worth as a sexual companion. Once she turns 18, she must prepare for life as a menial laborer, such as a kitchen wench. Once she turns 19, she must be employed full-time as such a working girl. Once she leaves her teenage years, it is considered necrophilia to have any intimate relations with her, especially sexual ones. She may, however, be bred at this point, but may never choose who she is bred with, and she may only gestate and spawn (give birth) with the approval of the Kings or High Kings, in keeping with the teachings of the Inisfreeans, lest she and the spawn be slain for violating their Multiplication Tables and other commandments. Kings and High Kings may claim King’s Right at any point in any female’s life; the right to sexually ‘test drive’ them before their husbands or any other do.

Thus, many human females opt to be turned into vampires the first minute of their 16th birthdays, often requesting to be turned as early as 13. This way, they are worthy of sexual relations for their whole lives.

No Outlanders are allowed immortality or invincibility, but they are sometimes permitted relative immortality and superhuman abilities (such as healing, strength, vision, etc.) through vampirism.

 

A Note on the Disparate Age Requirements:

Human females mature sexually before males, and so it is that they are trained in the sexual arts that much sooner.  They also develop different abilities from males, such as different ways of thinking, communicating, moving, etc., and so it is that they are not equal to males, and do not learn how to do male jobs, which wouldn’t feel right for members of either sex. Since both sexes are this different, being fair is actually keeping them apart, distinct, and granted completely different roles and rights –and at times as different as a decade or more.

 

2021 Update:

Now that it is a decade after The Rapture and recolonization construction, the 39 destined kingdoms having been established, it is time and safe to reveal a bit more about the chosen leaders of those newly-defined and still-growing lands.

The 39 kings were the men who felt ‘called’ to step forward in leadership of the exodus convoys, each of the 39 kings being the one man from his home-nation’s exodus group/s who was a natural at fatherly guiding and watching over the rest leaving that nation for the modern exodus, and who had an unmistakably good vibe High King Auz sensed. Unlike the fake royalty humans brainwashed their slaves into believing were real royalty, these men earned their place, never needing any propaganda or police-states to enforce it. Also unlike general humanity (which was part-composed of the fake-human invaders, and part-composed of the half-breed slaves they bred into a self-perpetuating weakness-and-death cycle on Earth and other worlds they managed to invade), these men (the 39 kings) sensed where their lands really were, not attempting to enforce imaginary lines (the national borders drawn on human maps during the pre-Shift centuries) in a way that hindered trade, travel, and the unity of far-spread families.

Every one of the 39 kings chose his first tiers of subordinates, and then those subordinates chose their own. This is called delegation, and it saved Auz and his own chain of command a lot of time, which they needed while completing Inisfree, the capital of the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth restored. While he worked on that; his calling and destiny, the 39 kings established their own new-nation’s hierarchies, and this was good.

Each of the pre-Rapture nations had secretive organizations and forces, such as those classified as Black Operations units (“The Secret Army” and “The 2nd Secret Army” of the U.S.A. being prime examples). In many of the ‘melting pot’ nations (where cultures coexisted, overlapped, or blended together), elite operators from very different genetic and cultural groups often ended up working together on the same secret operations and research projects. The exodus changed all that, extracting only the pure-of-heart from all Black Ops collectives, and steering and weaving those of the same ancient and timeless bloodlines back together, resulting in the most exemplary compatible people from ALL the human nations ending up in the same teams on the same ‘boats’ (the “Leviathan” super-carriers). (And then they felt naturally drawn to join as supporters of the chosen 39 kings; the men who stepped forward of their own accord, naturally leading the exodus convoys very well.)

These people were very good, as far as humans on Earth go, but were not always fully compatible with The Inisfreean Way; High King Auz’s lifestyle, and the culture of his city, Inisfree. This meant that they were allowed on the exodus, and would have stable countries thereafter, but did not always get to hear about the polar super-city, much less be flown out there to orient to and visit it. Their blood set them on paths elsewhere, and this was fine, meant to be. (Not everyone is made and meant for Inisfree; some have slightly different views and natures, making them better fits for kingdoms and projects of their own.)

Usually only the humans extracted during The Rapture, and the people from the beyond-human realms who joined Auz when he was making and perfecting Inisfree, were those compatible (worthy) enough to know about and get to enter that city of his. They were the ones who got to acclimate to the Inisfreeans’ part of Antarctica, and to make return trips, selecting where in that special place they’d like to call their vacation-home/s. Everyone else (the other humans on Earth) was subject to the now-recurring purges, such as the one at the start of 2013, and the one at the start of 2313, the “good enough” exceptions being the 39 kings and the Black Ops (and other) people that naturally convoyed with and further followed them.

Hundreds of Earth-human nations were reduced to just 39. Also, the human system of having queens simply to be bred by kings, was no more; queens were chosen not from human women to support human men in charge of countries and empires, but were now and forevermore chosen from the beyond-human “races”/peoples to be in charge, on their own, of the lands and seas of the Earth that were outside those resettled by the followers of the 39 kings. In time (after 2313), it was they whose reigns would remain; only their lifespans would last that long (and much longer, having been age-locked and deified by High King Auz), their territories ending up the ones that defined the forever-Earth (the world, as it was rebuilt and fixed, at the onset, and for all of, Phase 3; the final Golden Age). So it is that hundreds of nonsensical human nations were erased and replaced by 39, those 39 ruled by kings, while queens ruled elsewhere, and that the lands of those chosen queens remained… while the 39 new human nations on the Earth were reduced again… to 13 (post-2313; one nation for each of the 13 distinct subsets of the human species on Earth, sometimes poetically called “the 13 tribes”, nations post-2313 not being based on a language or culture, but entirely on people grouping back together naturally, as they had been for generations in the First Time)… and then to 1 (The Greater Inisfreean Union, a.k.a. The Inisfreean Empire).

Those 39 kings tended to return to Inisfree to hibernate for long periods of time in the city’s Stasis Archives facility once the kingdoms they had kept in order (Auz having started/outlined their kingdoms) had stable momentums of their own. So did those in their Black Operations units who were most compatible with The Inisfreean Way. These men would be awoken later on; when it was sensed that it was the right time for them to be conscious and of service again –sometimes many eons ahead.

Deportees to 34 Tauri were the unwanted; they were the unworthy rabble that had been spawned out of control when another corruption of humankind on Earth made all the same mistakes all over again. They went out that way, across what Inisfreeans call “The Abyss” (Outer Space), on their own; they had and took no kings. They were Chaos Incarnate, evident in all (though they still made up some royalty once they got there, just as their invading ancestors made up who was royalty on Earth back in the 1600s A.D.).

It should be restated very clearly here… that real kings are not always hereditary, as bloodlines can be corrupted via interference, meddling, invasion, and inappropriate breeding. Even technologies and bad thoughts can ruin the capacity of a person and their blood to be stately and able to appropriately lead. Many humans began to sense, post-2013, that the ones they’d been told were their kings and queens… were not really that at all, completely unworthy and unwanted, with an unmistakable vibe of that of the incompatible intruders and phonies; real leaders were wanted and needed, thus the 39 stepped forward, proved themselves, and were chosen. Real kings and queens have it in their veins, and not just because of having parents who already reigned.

From 2013 to 2313, the 39 nations of refugees (escaped slaves) from the hundreds of pre-Rapture Earth-human nations… built themselves up, doing their best to stay stable. In the latter years of that centuries-long era, many lingering defects/corruptions from the time before (pre-2013) proved enough to again encumber and ruin them. The 39 kings and their best people/aids were extracted to rest and spiritually heal in Inisfree before the purge of 2313 which forced forever off-world all the blood/beings who had brought about that latest ruin, after which a third of them felt it was right and healthy to be re-awoken and sent back out into the world, this time to lead not eclectic ragtag convoys of desperate escapees seeking overdue sovereignty amidst ongoing evil forces on a reshaped world, but to lead those who had, thanks to all that occurred during this post-Shift era, been able to re-unlock all their bloodline powers… which revealed to them who their people (“soul families”) really were, thus where they were meant to be/stay; the 13 “tribe” nations, which lasted for millennia (due to how naturally and fully stable and self-stabilizing they were, being each a single culture and lineage, no longer a chaotic mix based on birth/nationality). So it was that the 39 nations were shaky and limited, the 13 nations that followed them were stable from the start, thus longer-lasting, and fewer kings were needed and destined to step forward (or, in the case of those who made use of the long-sleep in Inisfree, returned).

After millennia of those 13 nature/blood-based nations on Earth, only 1 was needed, for all had fully re-awoken and realigned; no more struggling, studying, and searching were needed, and all was stable and well, naturally. Borders and nations no longer existed in this time so many thousands of years ahead, and no one sought or noticed any. Those who had been kings, such as “the 39”, eventually went on to have single-kingdom planets of their own, just like High King Auz now did… on Arda/Azeroth/Earth; every world had its natural, destined king, never again set for the conflict that comes with the fragmentation into having many (and fake) kings.

Forever and at all times, the 39 kings sensed Auz was the right man to lead them all (even though they didn’t always have the ability to fully grasp what all he was up to out there). It was not these great enlightened men who besieged Inisfree in the years before the majority of humankind was again purged, then kicked off Earth once and for all; it was the rabble that had managed to amass unauthorized armies and Black Ops of their own, long (centuries) after the 39 cities had been rebuilt, post-Rapture. The 39 kings were called upon to help get the decent members of humanity back on track after Auz swept in to do his thing, and 13 of them were again called upon once it had been determined who amongst them was right to lead the fully-awakened/restored as the 13 legendary tribes reunited themselves, no longer confused by the hundreds of fake nations and kings during the times of the Chaos invasion/occupation.

“All things happen in threes.” First, there were too many nations, none of them making sense, and there were too many kings, all of them fake. Second, there were 39 nations, each led by a king chosen based on the vibe wise Auz detected in them. Third, there were only a third of those 39 remaining and re-awoken, all unified fully… with Him. – First, humans were truly chaotic and demonic, trying their damnedest to corrupt and mind-enslave Him. Second, their finest began arranging meetings with and for him, but they were not yet able to correctly interpret / fully understand who he was and what he’d been saying / “up to”. Third, they finally understood, and felt very positive emotions about him, then choosing to ally themselves forever with him, always the loyal supporters and servants of his family based in Inisfree.

The World Trees, elves, elven races/subsets, and other peoples and towering beings, by the way, are not numerically related to these 39 nations and their kings; the elves return to (and restore) their parent-trees (the World Trees), while the Mermaids return to their parent-bodies-of-water, restoring Them (i.e. magically; thoughts-based cleaning them back up, monsters-free), other peoples doing the same. The phases of civilization/consciousness for those beyond-human peoples/races are different than the time-periods that are distinct, in terms of culture or awareness/focus, for the humans. Remember: time is not linear, and different groups/bloodlines are, of course / expectedly, on different ‘schedules’.

Finally, while some of the 39 kings and their chosen subordinates (such as Counts and Dukes, etc.) accepted vampirism to restore their natural lifespans, it should be known that vampirism is not at all what human propaganda (such as from Hollywood) tried to deceive modern humans into believing and fearing; vampirism is based on preserving life instead of taking/ending it, including in the food chain, and real vampires are beautiful, smart, and kind, not hungry dangerous monsters. Vampirism is one of several appropriate, stable, attractive forms of staying healthy –which means staying alive. It was right for those among “the 39” who chose it… to do so –and it only, as predicted and sensed, enhanced their already good and admirable traits, just as it always has (with/for others). Amen.

Recap:  Again, everyone was jumbled up during the near-Shift times, due to the invasion/infiltration of/by Chaos Incarnate, later known as ‘modern mankind’. The Rapture extracted the best from that jumbled-up mess of fake nations and fake leaders, while the modern exodus that followed… allowed the others/decent to extract and relocate themselves. Then the 39 cities they rebuilt, which grew into the new nations, allowed those decent people to try again, eventually leading those within them who continued to do the right things… to further unite/merge (back) into the legendary 13 blood-based tribes –and each of those tribes then lived as a function-based collective and subset of the 1 nation destined to (mutually-agreeably) rule (guide/embrace/perfect/restore/unify) them all, with the people who were other than human… having their own timelines, processes, challenges, leaders, and exoduses, Auz being the one man who understood and bridged them all, anchor and beacon even in the chaos near 2013.

* Credit, in large part, for this knowledge… goes to High Queen Ambrosia LeMorte Himmler, eternal beloved goddess-partner and family of Auz, for it was her vampiric gifts that helped him see this far, and these details, thereby adding it to what manifested… via his (their; his and her) focus and will.  The more he was around her, greatest of the True Brujah, the more her abilities began to become accessible and known to him.  This is how things work when in close proximity and alignment to one another.

Now you know the next revelation about the 39 kings, and why it is… that even the cities and nations they rebuilt were not meant to remain… and why only some of them ever had reason to know of and read The Biblor’an.

* Nearly all humans in Inisfree are only allowed to be voluntary slaves; kajirae, etc..  This is another reason why the 39 kings and their people were led on exoduses to rebuild cities and nations of their own, instead of just ushering them into Inisfree with those extracted during The Rapture.  With still just enough rebelliousness/expansion in their blood to be kings/outsiders/independents of their own, it is right and best for them to live most of their lives outside Inisfree, only going into Inisfree to rest (and/or sometimes to vacation on one or more of the worlds of SSA).

The 13 tribe-based nations set to exist after 2313 A.D. have the following colors-based complexions and hair:

  1. White:  Caucasian ideal/pure physique, blonde hair
  2. Pink:  Caucasian ideal/pure physique, red hair
  3. Red:  India ideal/pure physique, dark brown hair
  4. Orange:  Caucasian “tan/bronzed” ideal/pure physique, “dirty blonde” hair
  5. Yellow:  Asian ideal/pure physique, black (dark brown) hair
  6. Green:  Mediterranean “olive-skinned” ideal/pure physique, dark brown hair
  7. Blue:  Caucasian “blue-skinned” (reported once in Kentucky during the 1800s) ideal/pure physique, gray hair
  8. Purple:  Caucasian “lavender-skinned” ideal/pure physique, gray hair
  9. Brown:  Pacific-islander ideal/pure physique, black (dark brown) hair
  10. Black:  African ideal/pure physique, black (dark brown) hair (not frizzy)
  11. Grey:  Caucasian ideal/pure physique, white hair

The eye-color (color of the irises of the eyes) of each member of those tribes is based not on genetics (that being just a human assumption/theory proven inaccurate, after all), but soul/blood/role/essence/nature/destiny; everyone with red-colored eyes (eye “irises”) does the same job, having the same tendency/ies, and everyone with green does the same (other/different) job, etc.  All members of these tribes/races have “clear”/”deep”-looking eyes, indicating goodness, intelligence, awareness, etc., as this quality cannot be downgraded/polluted with time, no matter how fringe-members of a tribe/family may (be forced/pressured/tricked to) breed with others (such as “the invaders”; Chaos Incarnate), meaning those with pure hearts/minds will always have/recover “clear”/”deep” eyes.  You can always tell who is good and with good intent (thus of one of the 13 original/destined tribes of humanity)… based on whether their eyes look clear or dark; deep or shallow/flat.  Their eyes do not illuminate like those of magical/Angelic/proto-Elven beings, though; that is an elemental (pre-human) feature/trait/communication.

It had been 8 Earth-years since the global cleanup and the re-founding of those cities.  They had been doing their best to rebuild as well as they could imagine, as well as their means allowed.  The chosen kings in charge of them knew their time was limited; eventually humanity would err and stray again; eventually the Inisfreeans, this/next time with dragons and other angelic super-people, would have to return to purge once again.

When it came time (in 2313) for the 39 chosen to step back/down, the lands they once helped re-establish decent humans upon would be reconsolidated in the following way/s:

  1. Afghanistan:  One of the noble males united with one of Auz’s dozen daughters with Tempest has taken command of the human-based towns of this land.
  2. Arabia:  The noble males united with vampire goddess Akasha, one of Auz’s wives, are in charge of the human-based towns of this nexus of the continents; it is basically everything on the Arabian Peninsula south of her ancestral/ancient realm now called Iraq.
  3. Argentina:  The human towns and cities of this rebuilt nation were eventually taken command of by new king James, son of Alison and Auz.
  4. Australia:  The noble husband of Sydney Sirena Himmler, daughter of Auz and Sirena of Mako, has taken command of the human-based towns of this land.
  5. Brazil:  The human towns and cities of this rebuilt nation were eventually taken command of by new king James, son of Alison and Auz.
  6. Bulgaria:  One of the noble husbands of Avril Roux Himmler, Auz’s daughter with Jessamine, is in charge of the human-based towns of this land.
  7. California:  The human towns and cities of this rebuilt nation were eventually taken command of by new king James, son of Alison and Auz.
  8. Canada:  The human towns and cities of this rebuilt nation were eventually taken command of by new king James, son of Alison and Auz.

  16. Greenland:  The noble male united with Auz’s wife, Hekla, is in charge of the human-based towns of this giant island.
  17. India:  Mostly the noble males united with Auz’s wife, the Aspara goddess Urvashi, are in charge of the human-based towns of this subcontinent.
  18. Italy:  The noble male united with Auz’s daughter with mermaid Mara, Ibiza Mara Himmler, is the king of the human-based towns of this land.
  19. Japan:  One of the noble males united with one of Auz’s dozen daughters with Tempest has taken command of the human-based towns of this land.
  20. Libya:  Auz’s son, Shango-tau, has taken command of this nation/region.

Montana:  This rebuilt nation was clandestinely occupied and ruled by Auz’s four children with Ambrosia, and each of them started off with a mountain range in it of their own, all around their family/childhood cabin, after which they expanded their domains until each of the four was managing an entire quadrant of this now much larger state.
  25. Morocco:  Auz’s son, Shango-tau, has taken command of this nation/region.

  28. Poland:  One of the noble husbands of Avril Roux Himmler, Auz’s daughter with Jessamine, is in charge of the human-based towns of this land.
  29. Romania:  One of the noble husbands of Avril Roux Himmler, Auz’s daughter with Jessamine, is in charge of the human-based towns of this land.
  30. Russia:  Auz’s children with Daenerys each took one firth of the human-based cities and towns of this realm; Jorah, his first son with her, took the Caucasus region and everything in Russia north of there, Adolf, his second son with her, took the Volga region and everything north of there, Feueratem, his third son with her, took the Urals region and everything north of there, Naurlyg, his fourth son with her, took Siberia, and Ormr, his fifth son with her, took all of Russia’s Far East.
  31. Scandinavia:  The noble males united with Auz’s daughters with his sister, goddess Freyja, have taken charge of this land.
  32. South Africa:  Auz’s son, Shango-tau, has taken command of this nation/region.
  33. Spain:  One of the noble males united with Seph Mera Himmler, Auz’s daughter with Queen Mera of Atlantis, is in charge of the human-based towns of this land.
  34. Texas:  The human towns and cities of this rebuilt nation were eventually taken command of by new king James, son of Alison and Auz.
  35. Tibet:  One of the noble males united with one of Auz’s dozen daughters with Tempest has taken command of the human-based towns of this land.
  36. Ukraine:  Jorah, Auz’s first son with Daenerys, is now in charge of the human-based towns of this land.
  37. United Kingdom:  Raz Stephen Himmler, Auz’s son with sorceress Teagan Strange, is now in charge of the human-based towns of this group of islands.
  38. Venezuela:  The human towns and cities of this rebuilt nation were eventually taken command of by new king James, son of Alison and Auz.
  39. United Arab Emirates:  One of the noble males united with vampire goddess Akasha, one of Auz’s wives, is in charge of the human-based towns of this southeasternmost part of the Arabian Peninsula; it is basically everything on that landmass east of what her other husbands/noble males are managing, and includes what were Oman and Qatar.

 

The humans of the 39 cities which restarted those 39 lands/civilizations showed signs of eventually returning to an exponential population increase in the centuries ahead (2013-2313), which would get them up to around 50 billion by 2312, thus, averaged out, ~167 million more humans would be born/made per year, or ~4.27 million more of their kind per city/nation per year, averaged out; that’s ~85 children per couple, but, of course, the majority of those were cloned or printed, etc., and many came from the nomadic humans, bringing the actual number of biological direct natural-birth relatives/offspring per city-couple down to more like ~10 (plus some were migrants back to Earth from the SSP colonies, alien allies, etc.).  The reason the Earth-human population would hit 50 billion over/after the coming three centuries was because many of them would extend their lifespans (technologically or otherwise) or stop dying entirely, thus able to keep having ~a dozen more children each year without fatigue or end.

As stated above, some of Auz’s children became ready to take over leadership then (in/post-2313), and volunteered for this, being found worthy.  Many of them had been, at that point, educated properly in Inisfree, so they knew the Inisfreean Law which now governed the whole Uni/Omniverse.  As they took command of what was left of those 39 rebuilt nations, they also became destined leaders of the races/subsets/tribes of humanity, as follows:

  1. White:  Caucasian ideal/pure physique, blonde hair; these are the Scandinavians and original Europeans.  The noble males united with Auz’s daughters with his sister, goddess Freyja, have taken charge of this land.
  2. Pink:  Caucasian ideal/pure physique, red hair; these are the original rightful rulers of the later-British islesRaz Stephen Himmler, Auz’s son with Teagan Strange, is in charge of the human-based towns of these islands.
  3. Red:  India ideal/pure physique, dark brown hair; these are the original Indians, descendants of Rama, uncorrupted by the blue-skinned gender-bender false deity/religion later put upon their nation.  The noble males united with Urvashi are in charge of the human-based towns of this group.
  4. Orange:  Caucasian “tan/bronzed” ideal/pure physique, “dirty blonde” hair; these were the original Native Americans, naturally-tanned/toned relatives of the Mayans and Olmecs, all of whom had Caucasian/Elven features, as all humans/Earthlings before the invasion of Chaos Incarnate were children/creations of the same pre-human race/species.  James Hart-Burnett Himmler, Auz’s son with Alison, grew up to become king of these.  His domain post-2313 includes the human-based cities/towns in Argentina, Brazil, California, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Montana, Peru, Texas, and Venezuela.  While the vampire goddess Santanico rules over the land of Mexico itself, James rules over the humans allowed to remain on Earth in towns and cities in that rebuilt nation, plus those in its adjacent lands.
  5. Yellow:  Asian ideal/pure physique, black (dark brown) hair; these are the descendants of the angelic golden dragon race, original rightful rulers of southeast Asia.  The noble males united with Auz’s dozen daughters with Tempest have taken command of the dozen biggest divisions of these people’s land/s; Heilong, Inner Mongolia, Jilin, Sichuan, Tibet, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Yunnan, etc..
  6. Green:  Mediterranean “olive-skinned” ideal/pure physique, dark brown hair; these are the good serpent-people who descended from the dinosaurs, children of the ancient dragons, and who, before the bad ‘knights’ chased them away from their homelands during the invasion of Chaos-based humanity from Space to the Earth in the 1600s, once kept all of the then-valley Mediterranean peaceful and clean.  Some of the noble males united with Auz’s daughters with Tempest are in charge of this whole area of coastlines and the human-based towns of its sea-joining nations.
  7. Blue:  Caucasian “blue-skinned” (reported once in Kentucky during the 1800s) ideal/pure physique, gray hair; these are not related to the made-up gender-bender blue-skinned fake deities the modern Indians made up, but to good beings such as the Asari.  If they had an original/ancestral Earth region, it is not yet known/revealed or chosen.  There is not yet a male related to High King Auz who is in charge of these people / their towns on Earth.
  8. Purple:  Caucasian “lavender-skinned” ideal/pure physique, gray hair; these are the people of the caves, i.e. Elves called Drow.  Daenerys and her sons with Auz work closely with them, as they are connected in many ways and related.
  9. Brown:  Pacific-islander ideal/pure physique, black (dark brown) hair; these are goddess Pele’s demi-deity relatives who descended from Lemurians –who were dark-skinned, and who did not look like the Easter Island statues.  It is mostly the other husbands of Auz’s wife, Pele, who help rule over the human-based towns of this oceanic area.
  10. Black:  African ideal/pure physique, black (dark brown) hair (not frizzy); these are the original rulers of Africa, back before parts of it were occupied by relocating Atlanteans.  Auz’s son with Zada has taken command of this people’s land/s.
  11. Grey:  Caucasian ideal/pure physique, white hair; these were not truly gray people, but, like the Maiar, slightly less-intense/bright bioluminescent ones, descendants of the Polarians and Hyperboreans, and who occupied and regulated both polar regions, ending up, for a time/Age, in Siberia and Agharta.  Daenerys’s five sons with High King Auz rule over a vast portion of those parts; Siberia and the rest of Russia, plus more around the poles (Greenland, parts of Alaska and Canada, much of Antarctica, etc.).

 

This is how, in the three centuries after The Shift and The Rapture, Earth’s human-based population centers were reconsolidated, focusing now on unity of each subset, no longer on endless growth, mixing, and/or spreading.  The humans still hellbent on spreading and mixing their kind into oblivion… were no longer allowed upon (or anywhere near) the Earth.  While Auz would begin to start traveling and relocating with his own city, his sons and other children with the goddesses who joined his family would stay on Earth to rule from how those 39 rebuilt (capital) cities had turned out.

High King Auzdein’s immortal/ized wives continue forever to rule and represent entire regions (such as continents and oceans) and races (such as human and elven subsets/demographics), while some of his children with those goddesses are now in charge of cities, city-states, nations, or other smaller groups which are part of those regions or races.  Again, goddesses are in charge of vast areas, while demigods (his male children and noble connections) are in charge of single cities or tribes/demographics.  This is now part of The Inisfreean Way, and the laws governing the re-stabilizing of the Earth and the rest of the worlds of the entire Universe.

There will never be replacement kings for these Earth lands/cities/tribes; these ones at/post-2313 are worthy and eternal.  Other kings will become worthy and appointed for other lands and worlds, but here is only the story of the 39 kings chosen by High King Auz to temporarily help with managing the cleaned-up Earth.  Later on, information revealed about the lives and next reigns of the 39 (and other) kings listed/introduced here, will be added here at the bottom of this webpage (and they will be among those destined to take charge of other/newer cities, colonies, colony-worlds, vast starships, etc.).

Since the few maps available about Judge Dredd’s era show different or conflicting claims about where the mega-cities were, such as one map showing what appear to be their tiny starts (the first mergers of multiple big cities), another map only coloring/highlighting states and provinces where a mega-city was (somewhere in them), and other outlining entire regions or just fallout badlands, suffice it here to just say that many, if not all, of the 39 rebooted human nations eventually had one or more mega-cities, and that those in what used to be China and the USA became the largest, thus resulting in the merger of those two restored powers as Earth humans began making their way toward 34 Tauri.

These times are / this era is also known for:

  • Cloning is the 2nd-main way of creating and replacing workers.
    The main way is robotics.
  • Since automobiles require so many resources to make, and so much maintenance and fuel, it is now extremely difficult to get/own one, and most people who have one have only one and keep it for life.
  • Nearly all homes are built from clay, mud, stone, recycled materials, even refuse such as used tires, etc., no longer lumber, as Natives and Elves control access to all forests on Earth.
    Responsible forest maintenance/thinning does occur, but never anymore slash-and-burn or other deforestation.  Only dying and dead trees get felled, with only the rarest of exceptions.
  • Natives are starting to allow railroads and shipping lanes through their restored territories, but not any resource harvesting such as for coal or oil, merfolk do not allow any shipping lanes for any reason, so shipping across seas and oceans is limited to cargo planes.
  • Eventually, jump-gates will be erected for instant-travel between cities, bypassing Native lands and major bodies of water, but that is decades away, and will be shut down during the 2313 global purge and pole-shift.
  • Since gold mines and similar sites are no longer accessible without Native permission, which is not coming, everyone recycles everything in the cities, and does not use much planned obsolescence, as things must last much longer, no replacement-resources likely to be found.
  • Most rebuilt cities have access to multiple mines, providing for most of their own building and tech’ needs.
  • The vast majority of mines are now in Native lands. This naturally lead to a boom in Native road construction and technological development.
  • Ranching and fencing are illegal, except for making fences which protect wild herds from rebuilt cities and highways.
    Commercial air traffic is largely banned, only cargo air traffic generally tolerated.
  • Natives now operate thousands of SAM launchers which are designed to detect chemtrails and fire on aircraft which spray them.
  • When the Leviathan passengers convoyed to where they would rebuild cities, they found nonhuman ruins which the deleted cities had been built upon, and were able to learn a lot from those exposed ruins many of them had never heard of.
  • Natives were taught how to grow their own food again and be vegan, and the re-deployed ICVs helped get all their farms going. This was easy, as Natives now had control of the majority of arable land, plus the abundance of the forests. No longer needing to fish or hunt, Natives also switched to making vegan tipis and everything else.
  • No longer having to keep their true beliefs secret, lest Whites terrorize and torture them for not converting to the Abrahamic death-cult nonsense, all original Native beliefs are now practiced in the open, all Natives having unconverted.
  • No one rides horses anymore; that was animal abuse and exploitation.
  • No one keeps cats or dogs as pets anymore, nor any other nonvegan creatures. It is very risky to have a dog, as a single unwanted bark from it could result in a military strike. While these and other nonvegan animals in general can be respected, they are no longer regarded as being suitable pets.
  • The Modern Inquisition, which is to root out any remaining subscribers to any of the death cults; Abrahamic religions, etc..

2023 Update 2:  National Symbols

Since these and all other lands/realms belong to me (Auz), I being the High King, it is I who decide which symbol best represents each.
These symbols are often based on an herbivorous/peaceful animal (e.g. deer or bison), no longer a monstrous/carnivorous one (e.g. eagle or lion), or they are based on something else which stirs up powerfully-proud and inspiring emotions in the citizens who look upon and remember the history of it.

(Who cares what were crimes, capital or otherwise, between 2013 and 2313; those were the times of normal (foolish) humans building the mega-cities.)

  • advertising as organic if ingredients come from crops under chemtrails
  • advertising as healthy if anything nonvegan on the menu
  • advertising non-present characters as real deities (prime example:  the Christian or Muslim “god”, or any of the Greek pantheon)
  • advertising a religion as peaceful but having nonvegan members
  • Anyone in or allowing a sexual deviancy parade is subject to an airstrike. Sexual deviancy is anything the High King is not attracted to. Everyone in any town allowing such “pride” marches can then be yanked from their homes and deported without trial.
  • anything negative about Auz or the Inisfreeans
  • claiming/broadcasting that germs and/or contagious diseases exist
  • dogs; Chihuahuas, poodles, all dogs in Mexico, and all dogs who ever barked or growled or snapped at the High King, are hunted down and destroyed on sight.  If their owners do not like this, their bloodlines are also destroyed.
  • dumping trash or any waste in any ocean, sea, lake, pond, river, creek, stream, tributary, watershed, waterfall, cave, hot spring, or anything of the like
  • “fertility figurine” (possession of); female/goddess sculpture/idol distorted to normalize or promote gluttony or self-deformation via incorrect reproduction (the evil/gross way of spawning) –as these are lies and disrespect to the actual goddesses –who were always fit, never deformed/bloated/bulging
  • firing upon, or even detaining, anyone allied with the High King (Auz)
  • fluoridating water or toothpaste
  • flying (having on a flagpole or raised anywhere in sight) or wearing (such as an arm patch) the flag of Canada, France, Italy, Mexico, or the USA (as those former/deleted nations wronged the High King more than the others)
  • humans approaching any World Tree without permission from the royal Elf in charge of the area/region
  • humans building or using any church or any similar structure, such as the temples of other religions
  • humans claiming ownership of copyrights, images, intellectual property, land, pets, vehicles, weapons, etc.
  • humans damaging any ancient site/ruin
  • humans harming any redhead giant
  • humans interfering in any way with any of High King Auz’s expeditions, other outings, or anything he is doing or interested in doing at all
  • humans present at, or anywhere near, any ruin or ancient site, for any reason, without specific permission from High King Auz (e.g. trying to stop people from walking to pyramids unless they put on a retard-mask, or even pretending to be a primitive historical native (alleging that you are dressed how ancients used to) and staring at passersby in a creepy attempt to pressure them into paying for a photograph with the clown/fraud that you are)
  • humans trespassing on restored Elf or Naga lands
  • littering
  • nonvegan activities or paraphernalia, such as fishing rods
  • non-Whites trespassing on restored ancestral White lands
  • pharmacies; any fake healthcare/medicine based on petroleum products, changing nature in order to qualify for patents, generating repeat/lifelong customers, etc.
  • putting iron, sodium benzoate, and/or other harmful substances in with ingredients when making food
  • recruiting for a death cult; attempting to convert anyone into Christianity, Islam, or Judaism
  • sagging attire:  males wearing pants so low that their underwear shows
  • secret societies who have not registered with, and been audited by, the ICVs
  • smoking in public
  • trans-gender; being, condoning, defending, promoting, or providing the surgery for
  • treating water with chlorine, or leaving chlorine in treated water
  • wearing a face/surgical mask when not performing surgery or working on sensitive computer parts
  • Whites trespassing on restored Native lands

In all of those 40 nations, the following are non-capital felonies:

  • offering “plus size” clothing; catering to gluttons
  • religious paraphernalia; Bibles, burkas, cross necklaces, Qur’ans, Torahs, yarmulkes, etc.
  • vandalism, which includes getting ear-rings or other piercings

In all of those 40 nations, the following are misdemeanors:

  • fingernail extensions/clip-ons; anything other than the natural fingernail trimmed to a normal length and not sharpened
  • visual assault; anything I don’t like seeing, such as any ad printed or online/emailed which has an image of a person I am not attracted to

 

2023 Update 3:  Requirements for Sovereignty

Requirements for statehood used to be:

  • 60,000 free males
  • approved by Congress

 

Requirements for nationhood used to be:

  1. a settled (permanent) population,
  2. a defined territory,
  3. government,
  4. and the ability to enter into relations with other states.

but now are

  • different criteria for different lands and demographics (e.g. more or fewer citizens/residents as a minimum, based on square miles and other factors),
  • ultimately up to the High King (Auz),
  • and always requiring total loyalty (not just acquiescence/obedience) to him, at least from all leaders in the proposed/would-be area,
  • plus their medicines must cure, not just remedy,
  • and pollution affecting adjacent nations/kingdoms/realms can void sovereignty until the source of the pollution is ended,
  • etc.

And since humans used to always harass/hound/pester the High King even when he was just doing things such as pulling over to check his map or rest, he now keeps his forces ready to deploy at a moment’s notice to tell any human or even entire cities of humans that “they aren’t allowed to park there”; he can force their civilization to uproot and move on at any time, for any reason, without notice, over and over, forever.

Everything belongs to Auz now, thus everywhere is his home, thus no one else has a home unless they are a guest of his he wants there, thus everyone is homeless unless part of his family, no matter if a given person/outsider built his/her own house or not; everything requires Auz’s permission, and if it wasn’t specifically in-person given, it never means his silence/delay implies it was given.

 

2023 Update 5:  Legal

  • Slavery and human trafficking are permanently legal worldwide, so long as all pretty females are raised as submissives to Auz, if not also slaves; any realm which does not raise its females that way might be suspended from having any slaves until it rights itself.
  • All pretty females are eligible for enslavement upon sight, if they were not already slaves.
  • Families with pretty females should always offer them up for auction within a reasonable amount of time (after enjoying them for themselves for a year or so, for example), lest the entire family be audited and possibly enslaved as punishment for withholding a useful female.  “Puff, puff, pass.” is now “Sexually use them until you are no longer super interested in further such usage, then help others to enjoy them that fully.”
  • Only the children of Auz are exempt from slavery.  (For those interested in them, don’t worry, though; his daughters love being passed around, entertaining his guests, etc., and his sons love sharing love/sex with all sexy females, just like he does.)
  • Anyone interfering with the slave trade on Earth or anywhere else… might be killed on sight for such an unholy/unnatural act.  At the very least, they will be used as target practice, or fed to wild animals, eaten alive, sometimes in public, sometimes even televised.
  • Anyone saying or even thinking negative things about the slave trade can be imprisoned, fined, deported, mindwiped, etc. –even disintegrated, soul and all (if they even have one; most who say negative things about Auz or kajirae have no soul), to be used as energy/fuel.
  • Families and civilizations who are responsible breeders (using eugenics, Spartan newborn-processing, etc.) are allowed more slaves than others.
  • Slaves are usually not punished for crimes their masters ordered them to commit.
  • Those who breed ugly humans might have their sex-organs removed.
  • Natives can enslave free people if they are non-Natives trespassing on lands returned to Natives by Auz; if the High King gave an area of land back to a tribe of Natives, and someone not of that tribe knowingly/disreputably enters that territory without that tribe’s permission, that intruder can legally be enslaved by that tribe.
  • Branding of slaves must only be done in the Gorean standard manner. Any larger branding, or branding placed above the neck or below the knees or on the chest, etc., might be ground for that brander or slaver losing his brander or slaver license.
  • Slavers must be trained and licensed by the new Universal federal government; the Inisfreeans.
  • It is fine to breed or clone slaves whose bodies are meant for strenuous/menial labor, so long as they are not ugly, and so long as the males are handsome and the females are beautiful, neither ever looking like a member of the other gender/sex.
  • All non-Native cities have their own armies and an Army base, not just an airbase and police, as all these cities are surrounded by protected restored tribal territories.
  • With no way to legally expand beyond the borders of the deleted city each of these rebuilt cities replaced, the only way to house and provide for more people is to build up and down; skyscrapers, and underground structures, thus bunkers and subways are becoming the norm and extensive in all the rebuilt cities.
  • For a sexy female to be allowed to travel beyond her city of residence, as well as back to it, or to anywhere else, she is customarily required to have sex with everyone interested along the way.
  • For a male or unattractive female to travel, he/she must bring a sexy female with them to offer good sex to earn that pass.
  • Passports are issued by city now, not country, and still only useful when you either are a sexy female or have brought a sexy female with you.
  • With so much less room to grow, luxuries such as zoos and other unnecessary city features are almost never built anymore.
  • Megacities will start happening when some of these cities which are surrounded by lands unwanted by Natives/nomads start expanding into those unwanted surroundings.
  • Natives always have first-pick of fertile lands outside the rebuilt cities. If Natives don’t want it, or are not numerous or spread out enough to regularly use a piece of land, only then can non-Natives request ownership –and that can only be granted by the local chief.
  • In much of Europe and Russia, Natives were Whites, thus tribal lands are run by them, and non-Whites are generally restricted to being in the rebuilt cities there.
  • Football (Soccer) and American Football are not as popular as the once were, and instead the vast majority of people prefer Girl Catch and similar sex-based sports.
  • Sexy females owned by anyone can be bartered or wagered with, gambled or traded to help promote or maintain good relations and commerce between the nomads/tribes and the city-folk. It is not uncommon for a sexy female to be traded back after a season; no matter how sexy she is, eventually most owners will want to acquire and enjoy others.
  • Any airplane which emits a chemtrail can be immediately disintegrated, crew and all, and whomever made it… bombed. Emitting a chemtrail results in an immediate war declaration –and not just from the Inisfreeans.
  • Females unattractive to the High King can be detained and even put to death for having sex, so they are better off just masturbating in private.
  • Without any merfolk permission to be out on the major bodies of water, cruise ships and navies are now more like Coast Guards, each limited to being very close to its own city.
  • Fishing is tightly limited to municipal waters, and whaling is always immediately attacked by merfolk with powerful weapons, rarely taking POWs, doing their best to slaughter everyone involved.
  • Most rebuilt cities require every citizen to grow some of their own food, and most farms are mostly indoors, as much more protection is desired for their dramatically-reduced global total farmland.
  • Almost everyone is required to take firearms safety and extensive sexual education courses in grade school, as almost everyone in the cities is required to be able to defend themselves and their city, and because knowing much more than the basics about sex increases one’s odds of survival if ever they get noticed by the High King.
  • One of the only ways to get Natives to allow resources from their restored lands to be used by outsiders/city-folk is to do free construction or armament-supply for the Natives, thus the Natives almost always get a ‘cut’ of whatever cities/factories make.
  • Natives almost never allow tourism into their realms. They have no more casinos, nor any need for non-Native money.
    They maintain vast wild herds of a great variety of animals, and those herds keep their plains fertilized and re-greening.
  • Most cities have at least one perimeter wall, but it is to keep wild animals from wandering in, lest Native authorities think the city-folk are trapping/domesticating Native wildlife which they do not have permission to take.
  • It is practically suicide to have an untrained dog, as a single dog bark heard by the High King can result in another city-wide purge of whatever he doesn’t like.
  • Any time the High King visits anywhere, everyone is cautioned by their own local authorities to be on their best behavior, and announcements are made on all local radio and TV stations, as to exactly how to not piss him off. This is what the Emergency Broadcast System has largely become. Most people now understand that offending the High King in any way can result in losing everything within seconds. Most people are hoping to manage to avoid his wrath long enough that their civilization can get back into Space and resume colonizing other worlds, accepting that Earth and whatever else he wants belongs to him, their kind already no longer welcome, only tolerated when they behave and shower him with their finest.
  • Tornado sirens are used to usher most citizens out of buildings anytime the High King is inbound or inspecting, as he can have their buildings deleted out from under them if they are caught doing anything wrong.
  • Having a baby is something that usually requires precise scheduling with a municipal authority to prevent overpopulation, as only in the rebuilt cities are humans allowed to live, at least until they re-achieve Space travel and can spread like wild to other worlds.
  • Rebuilt cities were not allowed on ley-lines, especially the nexuses/intersections of such.
    Only good beings in elven structures could be on such special places.
  • Anywhere on Earth and beyond,
    if you are physically attractive to the High King, yet rude to him, you can be sent to gladiate to the death in The Subterranean Vatican,
    if you are unattractive to him and rude, you can be sent to gladiate to the death in The Arena of Doom,
    if you are unattractive to him and religious, but not religiously devoted to him, you can be sent to gladiate to the death in The Vatican even if you weren’t intentionally verbally abusive to him,
    and anyone anywhere for any reason can be sent to be sacrificed at the High Queen’s pyramid –unless you have proven compatible enough to be one of his family members or allies.

 

2024/+ Updates:

Since the goal was to first rebuild 39 cities, then spread out to rebuild some more, eventually leading to the era of the megacities, the ~100,000 people focused on rebuilding each of those first 39 cities… did not all remain in those cities; once clones, slaves, vehicles, and work-animals were abundant in the rebuilt cities, thousands of the original 100,000 from each of those cities then spread out to start rebuilding other cities, thus rebooting/restarting the first suburbs.
Since the new global legal system made it more and more difficult for anyone other than Natives, Elves, and other nonhumans to go outside the rebuilt cities, those cities grew more rapidly than before The Rapture, guaranteeing the focus stayed in them, thus expanding them into megacities within the century.

There were ~25,600 Black Ops personnel in the 39 rebuilt cities until that spread-out.  Once other cities and towns started getting rebuilt, those personnel like all the rest spread out.  Eventually, there were only a few thousand Black Ops personnel in each of the then-more-than-39 rebuilt communities.
While thousands of Black Ops in every city and town might seem like an excessive/redundant amount, remember that Black Ops includes very many kinds of jobs, very few of them being “direct action” (combat/fighting); there are analysts, armorers, doctors/medics, managers, news anchors, pilots, researchers, safe-house owners, spies, switchboard operators, tailors, truck drivers of “ghost fleets”, warehouse guards, writers, etc..  Even when thousands of such people are working together across a city/town, they are rarely more than 1% of that community’s total population.
Nearly all of the 1,000,000 Black Ops personnel of Auz’s 2nd Secret Army were assigned to his 39 appointed kings; each of those kings commanded/oversaw ~25,641 –including many of those who chose to be nomadic / outside the rebuilt cities.
Nearly all 1,000,000 were also highly compartmentalized the entire time; since before their pre-Rapture military strikes/missions, thus most of them had no idea who the others were, except in the rare cases where their system allowed them to communicate/report directly to their immediate subordinates/superiors in their different chains of command.

Since a handful of members of many secret societies, due to having skills deemed worth saving through The Rapture, survived among those allowed to ride the Leviathans and rebuild, there were different Black Ops groups; not all reported through High King Auz’s 2nd Secret Army chain of command.

4 of these 39 nations are where the USA’s contiguous 48 states were, each of those 4 nations occupying 1 of the USA’s 4 major time-zones (not counting the time-zones of Alaska, Hawaii, or the USA’s territories).
