Eating is a big deal in Inisfree, and it can be in this game if you want it to be.  Inisfreeans always make the finest, healthiest, most delicious and beautifully-presented food and drinks imaginable.  They believe wholeheartedly in the philosophy that to get the best and perfect results out of people, you need to feed them the best and perfect foods.  “An army marches on its stomach.”  To every Inisfreean, every meal, drink, snack, nap, and sleep are sacred; they must always be ideal, never interrupted, and last for as long as the people participating in them naturally desire.  This is one of the reasons why your character will never age or die in Inisfree, and why every single ailment in Creation is rapidly and permanently fixed while visiting here.

HOW EACH RACE EATS and RESTS; how to HEAL SLOW or FAST

Major health, recovery, & dining aspects of the races you can play as:

  1. Angels restore their energy bars a little from doing kind acts for others and a LOT from people specifically thinking about them in loving ways (so they interact with people and hope they will then think of them fondly, as in nostalgia or wistful daydreams, but can NOT directly ASK people to do this, as that lessens its restorative effects upon them (the Angels))
  2. Asari restore their energy bars a little from eating and a LOT from practicing telekineses via their biotics
  3. Aspara restore their energy bars a little from yoga (such as in Inisfree’s gyms and at/on Inisfree’s balancing platforms) and a LOT from dancing (so they go to Inisfree’s clubs instead of its restaurants)
  4. Demi-deities restore their energy bars a little from dreaming and a LOT from phase-shifting into other dimensions/realities as their form of enriching travel; sightseeing to revitalize the mind and drive/spirit/soul/essence (so they often use Inisfree’s aerospaceport portals, Magics Chambers portals, and Cloud City II Observatory beam, as it makes that type of travel effortless for them, while otherwise they would have to do the human equivalent of muscle flexing and thinking hard for a while to achieve that on their own)
  5. Demons (Angels) restore their energy bars a little from exploring new areas of Space and a LOT from possessing people temporarily (body-surfing/hopping) –so you will find them frequenting Statue Park or our libraries to learn about other great minds/bodies to connect to (for temporary possession) –and at the Observatory or sometimes even the Map-room of the Bat-cave II to pick out new Webway routes into the most uncharted Deep Space best for pioneering
  6. Dinoids/Reptoids restore their energy bars a little from standing within the aura ranges of others and a LOT from eating at the restaurants of Inisfree
  7. Draenei restore their energy bars a little from practicing magic and a LOT from an omnivorous diet of things they are genetically predisposed to easily digesting; things from Draenor
  8. Drow restore their energy bars a little from interaction with wise spiders and other deep-cave creatures and a LOT from wielding magics (the sword dance just stems from the grace of their parent-race and how all Elves prefer to create and wield wondrous things, whether that be finely crafted blades, spider-silk dresses, or anything else) –so you will often find them in Inisfree’s Underway, Under-concavity, silos network tunnels, GAH subway, Halo maps, Uber Hangars (helping herd in newly-captured kajirae candidates from the docking WSs), etc.
  9. Elementals (*some Mermaids are considered Water Elementals, while Salamanders are Fire, Gnomes are Earth elementals, and Sylphs are Air/Smoke Elementals, and maybe Angels are Plasma/Light/Spirit (aka Akasha, as in Akashic) Elementals) restore their energy bars a little from being around their elements (whether inanimate or fellow elementals of their same kind/sub-race/breed) and a LOT from the practice of helping regulate major events based on their elements; Fire Elementals, then, might start by fire-bending and decades later learn to control the releases of a volcano (so Water Elementals would be in or at least NEAR the ponds of Inisfree, or its canals, etc., while Fire Elementals would be in or near its volcanoes and glamping fire-pits (or sitting/standing close to the fire-pits of private homes in Inisfree), while the Air/Smoke ones would be in the airspace, while the Plasma/Light ones would be at/on the colorful light beacon towers covered in all the giant jewels, while the Earth elementals would be walking on exposed rocky ground or down in the caves (not the silos tunnels, which BLOCK the natural ground), etc. –and like me and Inisfreeans, Mermaids don’t reproduce with sex, and Sylphs are mostly female) –so Sylphs would also be with those honing their arts/skill at Tornado Crater (more here: http://realitysandwich.com/172485/four_elemental_beings/ )  *there are also Space/Void Elementals, such as the one which met me in that dream in Iraq 2nd deployment –and I have a feeling he was the King of ALL their kind; the one which represented and effortlessly was aware of and in control of ALL of Space, at least in this dimension/reality/universe!
  10. Elves (and Eldar) restore their energy bars a little from the vegan diet and a LOT from crafting beautiful wonders, such as the finest clothes and blades, stars (they and their progenitors helped make and support the first lights in the sky) etc.
  11. Fay restore their energy bars a little from flight and a LOT from cultivating flowers –so you will find them often floating or fluttering above the non-edible gardens of Inisfree
  12. Goreans (Humans) restore their energy bars a little from sport and a LOT from kidnapping/rape/kajirae-training (so you will find them usually at the Flower Towers, Girl Kennels (Subt’ Prison), etc., and, of course, the Kathedrom; Inisfree’s Ren-fest’)
  13. Greys (Zeta Reticulans) restore their energy bars a little from standing within the aura ranges of others and a LOT from their version of eating by osmosis; rubbing a food paste/topical-cream on their skin like suntan lotion
  14. Inisfreeans restore their energy bars a little from doing the King‘s will and a LOT from proximity to the King (which is Inisfree; so if they are in the hidden star system, they are as close as one can get to Inisfree, for they are in its secret core heart) –so Inisfreeans on deployment are stronger than Kryptonians and most gods most of the time, but can still get emotionally weary and even comatose from too much exposure that far out to things that are ugly/gross to their King, and are in those extreme cases emergency portal-based recalled back to their ships so that proximity to one another’s beauty/grace/quiet/sweet-songs/soothing-touches/etc. will recharge them back to beyond-gods strength/speed levels, etc. –cum-snorting and chugging is just something they do for orgasmic fun/thrills
  15. Kryptonians restore their energy bars a little from just avoiding Kryptonite and a LOT from direct yellow-sunlight (so they go to Inisfree’s solariums instead of restaurants)
  16. Mermaids restore their energy bars a little from swimming in clean sea waters (not freshwater swimming pools) and a LOT from diets of seaweed etc. (so you will find them more often in the saltwater-retrofitted suites of Atlantis II and the Neptune Temple, and MUCH more often in the Sea-tanks)
  17. Naga restore their energy bars a little from bathing in cum and a LOT from swallowing cum (so you will find them frequenting the cum-jacuzzis of our nightclub VIP areas, and the cum-baptism tub of the Spire Temple, etc.) –and they do not shed while in Inisfree, but often do immediately after leaving, for it is a familiar, comfortable, and appreciated aspect of their being to them
  18. Nymphs restore their energy bars a little from flirty play and a LOT from orgies (and Dryads restore their energy bars a little from balcony garden troughs and a LOT from greenbelts –and helping things grow in the Cropland, etc.)
  19. Pleiadians (Nordic) restore their energy bars a little from meditating and a LOT from sex (even if just with one partner at a time)
  20. Thanagarians:  much like normal humans
  21. Vampires restore their energy bars a little from drinking non-human animal blood and a LOT from drinking HUMAN blood
  22. Werewolves restore their energy bars a little from partial moonlight and a LOT from direct moonlight (and shape-shifting does NOT break any of their bones –in Inisfree or not; it just makes them walk on their toes and fingers like dogs on their pads, etc.) –so you will find them out at night, especially high up in the forests of Inisfree’s central mountain –because that is the most likely place for them to spot the Earth‘s actual moon over the top surface of Inisfree’s Perimeter Wall
  23. X-Men (Humans) restore their energy bars a little from rest and a LOT from eating at Inisfree’s restaurants and kitchens

* Each race has something it fears (or, at least, something it isn’t used to much at all), so whether you call this aspect/factor a fear-bar or a wonder-bar, it can and will slow movement when your character is in certain areas.  Examples:

  1. Mermaids will be slower on land than other races, and faster than all other races in water (and fastest in saltwater)
  2. Vampires will ALWAYS be nervous in areas with indirect sunlight, nearly immobilized from panic attacks in areas with DIRECT sunlight, and only slightly nervous in surface areas during nighttime (growing more casual as evening turns into night, and more hurried and fatigued as night turns into predawn), so they do better indoors and in all underground areas
  3. Drow and Naga do best in caves, and have the opposite of claustrophobia; when they are in wide open spaces, they sometimes get overwhelmed and nauseous
  4. were-panthers and other feline-like people get seasick; motion sickness when on yachts (excepting were-tigers who are okay with swimming, but not very good/fast at it at all)
  5. nymphs do better in sex-charged areas, so in sex dungeons they are the fastest/best, in clubs they are great, in the shibuyas they are good, and in all other areas they may feel a little tired/hungry since those areas have a generally much lower level of sexual activity
  6. Greys do best in Spaceships and Space, so when they are planet-side, they are a little nervous, and when they are far from their ships, they tend to tiptoe around, VERY nervous/slow/guarded
  7. Elves do best in forests, so they are GREAT in the FAU, good in the woodlands, okay in the meadows, and slow/nervous/cautious everywhere else
  8. Fay do best where there are flowers, so they are GREAT in the meadows, good in gardens, okay in the forests, and slow and slightly unhappy in most other places
  9. Kryptonians do best where there is direct sunlight, so they are often in the skies ABOVE the cloud banks, and do GREAT in Cloud City and on mountaintops, and are great when they are INSIDE the INNER half of solar systems; close enough so that the local star is big, bright, and warm from their POV, and Kryptonians are GOOD to OKAY in Deep/Interstellar Space, and still very strong everywhere else, provided there is no Kryptonite around
  10. Goreans do best where there are enslaved females AND healthy nature scenes, so they are only GOOD in dense urban areas, OKAY where there are caves, and they are slow/cautious/unhappy where there are free-women and NO healthy plant-life
  11. Angels are similar to succubae in that they need other people’s energy to thrive, but while succubae parasitically feed on SEXUAL energy (like the negative version of nymphs), Angels only PASSIVELY feed on the energy of positive THOUGHTS (such as prayers of thanks/gratitude), so the areas where Angels do best will CONSTANTLY CHANGE; based on activity/participation in temples, traffic through the GAH Cathedral, etc., AND Angels usually are only good-to-okay around Drow and Demons, whose natures result in energies (such as the energies of thoughts) which check/balance/sometimes-lessen Angels’ stamina, meaning Angels may need to rest more if they are down in the Underway a lot, for example
  12. Werewolves do better in the tipis areas because Native Americans in Inisfree are more used to the idea of Werewolves than, say Vampires (Europeans and White Americans would be more comfortable with Vampires), and Werewolves are better swimmers than all cat/feline/were-panther characters, etc.

If you have a character of one of those races, and you are traveling toward an area their race isn’t comfortable with, your speed will slow.  While you are traveling IN one of those areas their race isn’t comfortable with, your stamina will get used up more quickly, and you will need to rest LONGER to recover the same levels of stamina –until you EXIT those areas.

* The best way to help other players get their characters past their fears (so they don’t get slowed down by them anymore) is to NOT do missions holding their hand, or do quests FOR them, but to bond with them at the water-park; the Amusement Park Ship, or go underwater on one of the pier‘s Submarine Lounges, or go sailing/yachting/fly-boarding with them; something fun, low-stress, high-safety, public, casual, etc.  THAT is how you get them over their fear the most quickly in this game.

  1. If one race fears fire/heat, you could float with them in the inner tubes along the Lazy Lava River.
  2. If they fear caves, you take them to an Under-GAH Lounge, THEN a Timber-mine Lounge, THEN the Uber Geode.
  3. Greys fear being on the ground away from their ships, so you stroll with them in Cloud City II; a ship almost in Space, and converse with them telepathically; what they are used to, showing you respect the way they are.
  4. If they fear heights (Drow and Naga probably do), do NOT take them to the top of the mountain (the tornadoes of Tornado Crater could pick them up and throw them a mile away, BTW, so be careful –even though no one can get hurt or killed; only traumatized and hospitalized for that mental trauma), and CERTAINLY not to the Sotu pent-houses, and NEVER to the Hanging-ball-mansions or Cloud City II until MUCH later.

Etc!
