Ever since returning from the pyramids of Central America, I’ve been hard at work completing many design portions and final massive updates to the site.  Since I haven’t blogged in a while because of that, I decided it was time for another update full of details.  The following are just a few of the now virtually countless updates and completions these past few years have resulted in.

Discord server:

  • 34 categories (groups of channels)
  • 500 channels total; 1 for each major area and project, keeping brainstorming, designing, and creative writing well-organized
  • chat channels
  • voice channels
  • links to all relevant information about the Inisfree project/s
  • for developers/staff and donors/supporters
  • roles (easily added to your server-specific Discord profile)
  • tuppers (a few helpful bots)
  • up (accessible) anytime

Creativerse world:

Go here if you want to see our private air-and-spaceline, custom dance-clubs, Auz’s favorite personal black-ops ship, and other better-detailed vehicle models.

Roleplay missions out from them, or board the saucers from them.

Minecraft world 1:

Go here if you want to see all of our city plus many of its buildings and vehicles, and our social-experiment super-carrier.

Roleplay galas at Auz’s private homes, or sessions of the 5 Inisfreean Congresses.

Minecraft world 2:

Go here to roleplay big parties for newcomers as well as for loved ones of ours returning with more of their own distinguished guests.

Minecraft world 3:

  • animals enclosure; stables, etc. (with numerous pre-tamed mounts)
  • Deep Dark bunker for training
  • lodging/shelter; furnished rooms on the central mountain
  • (powered) mine-tracks transportation network (connecting all beacons, outposts, etc.)
  • outpost/s in The End, with transportation system to nearby town/s
  • outpost/s in The Nether, with transportation system to each of the Nether spawns/structures
  • remote-towns’ beacons and outposts
  • stocked storage vault hall
  • town shops (all stocked)
  • underwater-temple research-stations
  • various ancient and classic sailboat sizes
  • woodland-mansion training enclosure
  • WoW-style mountain fortress town with shipyard and aviary
  • up (accessible) to donors, by request/appointment

Go here to roleplay medieval and ancient life, coming up with more for Inisfree’s Kathedrom.

This can be for novel-10 content finalization.

Summary of each:

  1. Minecraft world 1 is predominantly for the latest scale-model of our city; for seeing all of Inisfree, along with The Governor’s Mansion, our Air Force One, the Spire Temple, the Global Congress meeting room, The Yellowstone Club cabin, The New Horizon spacecraft-carrier, and Star-System Auzdein.
  2. Minecraft world 2 is predominantly for full-size builds; for seeing the first/main public gate of Inisfree’s perimeter wall, followed by a welcoming parade on its Welcoming Square –at least for now; eventually, there may be other prototype/low-detail full-scale builds there.
  3. Minecraft world 3 is predominantly for play; for seeing miscellaneous elven, medieval, and ancient for-fun builds and roleplay.
  4. The Creativerse world is predominantly for higher-detail / more-beautiful builds; for seeing a better version of the M.P.H.A., a better version of the White Rhino APC, a better version of the black-ops spaceship Persephone, (1 of each size of) the Inisfree Spaceways saucers, and most of our night-clubs (excepting Cush, Dante, etc.).

Why 5 separate places?

Recapping the above sections,

  1. 1 is for normal discussion, coordinating all traffic to our virtual worlds, since the chat-clients/boxes in Minecraft and Creativerse are not as full of options specifically for conversation.
  2. The 2nd is to show all of Inisfree to scale, plus basic full-scale models of its most-important things.
  3. The 3rd is to show some of Inisfree’s larger structures full-scale.
  4. The 4th is for low-tech operations practice and brainstorming.
  5. The 5th is for more-detailed full-scale models, such as to iron out final design details for our commercial saucers.

One day, hopefully, all that stuff will be in a 6th virtual world; our MMORPG called World of Inisfree.  There, it will be lifelike detail, always full-size, even more-interactive, and playable at any time, moderated by none other than some of the Inisfreeans (ICVs) themselves.  Our main supercomputer, Djinnifer, will keep it running smoothly and backed up regularly.

Why those games as development/modeling platforms, and why in that order?

I originally reluctantly tried Minecraft due to its lack of detail, but realized how helpful that was at speeding up models for big-picture visualization aid; there was no way for me to get obsessed with little details or learning complex AutoCAD techniques. It was also far less expensive than most other computer modeling software. I had little need for details at that early stage, anyway.

Once I completed the scale model of Inisfree, I made some full-size models near it, and those looked good, too, but a glitch prevented the completion of Firefly “Persephone” and spacecraft-carrier “The New Horizon”.

That’s why I started the 2nd Minecraft world; I didn’t want that glitch to ruin all I’d built or prevent further builds. I started making the other full-size models I had in mind.

Since those 2 worlds were just for showing visitors what Inisfree and its ships look like, I made one last world just for normal play and practice.

Finally, I tried Creativerse because it was so similar, thus very easy to learn and use for further modeling, plus of course it had more detailed blocks and skyboxes. This is what allowed me to redo the “Persephone” build better than it ever could have been in Minecraft. It turned out so well, in fact, that it exceeded my expectations and hopes, and inspired and reassured me to also model all sizes of the Inisfree Spaceways fleet, plus most of my night-club ideas.

Thanks to these two games, I answered every last question I had about specific capacities and dimensions of all the ships of Inisfree. I still have a shrinking handful of unknowns about the specifics of some parts of the ships bigger than Inisfree, but those will be modeled and answered in perfect time. For now, I have made good use of these two games, figuring/ironing out what I needed to at this point.

Again, I had hesitated to even try either of those games, or to return to Discord, but they now remind me of the story/legend of the man who went to Tibet and got fed up after being told to sit and smack his palms down on the surfaces of water in two buckets, thinking he had been rejected or neglected, only to find out years later that those repetitive simple exercises had dramatically increased his strength and power.  These three online platforms gave me the wrong impression at first, but have proven priceless over and over.  I may keep them active from here on, and I’m always looking forward to any compatible people who wish to check out what I’ve ‘chiseled out’ in them.

Beyond the Worlds:

Beyond those virtual/digital meeting locations’ additions and updates, a lot has been going on offline, too; I’ve once again returned to my chosen valley and neighborhood, and am waiting here to see when those I chose to start my family and empire with will return and unite with me.  Since they made it clear they know who I am, where I am going, and just when to meet with me, I know they won’t need any help finding and meeting me once again.  This is very good to know.

For months now, I’ve been re-orienting to this whole region.  This orientation work has included hundreds of drives out to specific locations, touring and gaining further/final re/inspiration from some of the nicest homes/mansions here, and finding which individuals and businesses are reputable vs. looped/otherwise.  Just as I was back in 2014 and 2018, I am 100% confident my selection of valley, mountain, neighborhood, and property are exactly right for me.

Hiking and other fitness activities have started resuming, and are eventually destined to become daily routines.  I’ve been bicycling on a replacement off-road / trail-riding bicycle I got and tuned up.  Trailheads have been discussed, traveled to, scouted, and prepared for.

Local and nearby stores and restaurants are having all their best products sampled and reviewed.  This has resulted in a couple big waves of approved additions to Inisfree’s grocery store, shopping mall, and other places.  I still have a few more products to finish reviewing and deciding on, and the perfect ones will make it to their respective webpages soon.

And, as always, thousands upon thousands of updates and finishing touches have been added to the webpages of this site.  There have been hundreds more and final webpages created recently, too; for the form-sakes of the Inisfreeans (ICVs).  All told, this once ~2,000-page site is now closer to ~3,000, and is better-linked than ever.

That’s all for this update.

To paradise and beyond.
